致密氣藏干化處理用碳化鋁超細(xì)粉末的復(fù)合改性研究

【摘要】:為延遲碳化鋁(Al_4C_3)超細(xì)粉末在高溫、高壓、含水反應(yīng)條件下的反應(yīng)啟動時間,采用溶液聚合法,以無水乙醇為反應(yīng)介質(zhì),在引發(fā)劑偶氮二異丁腈的作用下,通過使用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮對Al_4C_3超細(xì)粉末進(jìn)行了表面改性處理,并采用SEM,EDS,FTIR等方法對處理前后的Al_4C_3超細(xì)粉末進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)表征。表征結(jié)果顯示,處理后的Al_4C_3超細(xì)粉末較處理前形狀要規(guī)則許多,有少許因溶液聚合反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的團(tuán)聚現(xiàn)象,同時表面未見光滑及鏡面反射等現(xiàn)象;經(jīng)過改性處理后Al_4C_3超細(xì)粉末表面形成了新的極性化學(xué)鍵。實驗結(jié)果表明,該方法成功地對Al4C3超細(xì)粉末進(jìn)行了復(fù)合改性處理。
[Abstract]:In order to delay the starting time of Al4C3 superfine powder under the conditions of high temperature, high pressure and water content, the solution polymerization method was used and anhydrous ethanol was used as the reaction medium. The surface modification of Al_4C_3 ultrafine powder was carried out by using polyvinylpyrrolidone under the action of initiator azodiisobutyronitrile. FTIR and other methods were used to characterize the structure of Al_4C_3 ultrafine powder before and after treatment. The results showed that the shape of Al_4C_3 ultrafine powder after treatment was much more regular than that before treatment. There is a little agglomeration due to solution polymerization and no smooth surface and mirror reflection. A new polar chemical bond was formed on the surface of Al_4C_3 ultrafine powder after modification. The experimental results showed that the modified Al4C3 ultrafine powder was successfully modified by this method.
