南三油庫(kù)鍋爐尾部煙氣余熱回收利用應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:能源作為有限資源為人類(lèi)的發(fā)展消耗的越來(lái)越多,伴隨著空氣環(huán)境也越來(lái)越差,特別是在我國(guó)北方的重工業(yè)和石油石化行業(yè)中,大量的廢棄物排放給環(huán)境帶來(lái)重大污染,因此我們要“節(jié)能減排”,實(shí)現(xiàn)能源的節(jié)約,同時(shí)減少環(huán)境的污染。本論文以南三油庫(kù)4臺(tái)35噸鍋爐尾部煙氣溫度和成份與水系統(tǒng)中回水溫度和流量作為主要研究對(duì)象,制定出換熱器在水側(cè)進(jìn)行并聯(lián)連接,在煙氣側(cè)進(jìn)行串聯(lián)連接的方案。研究了熱管換熱器與波面板換熱器這兩種煙氣余熱回收利用設(shè)備裝置,對(duì)比分析出這兩種換熱器裝置的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與缺點(diǎn),選擇出換熱效率高,不易結(jié)垢,阻力小,設(shè)備緊湊的波面板換熱器作為南三油庫(kù)鍋爐尾部煙氣余熱回收利用設(shè)備裝置。根據(jù)余煙與回水的各項(xiàng)物理參數(shù)計(jì)算出波面板換熱器具體的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸,對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的一、二級(jí)波面板換熱器使用Fluent進(jìn)行三維數(shù)值模擬,得出波面板換熱器煙氣側(cè)溫度、速度和靜壓分布的狀況,波面板換熱器水側(cè)溫度、速度和靜壓分布的狀況。同時(shí),通過(guò)改變波面板換熱器的入口流速進(jìn)行模擬,來(lái)考慮不同變量下,波面板換熱器的換熱效果。
[Abstract]:Energy, as a limited resource, is consuming more and more for the development of human being, and the air environment is getting worse and worse, especially in the heavy industry and petroleum and petrochemical industry in the north of our country. A large amount of waste emissions bring great pollution to the environment, so we should "save energy and reduce emissions" to achieve energy conservation. At the same time to reduce the environmental pollution. The temperature and composition of flue gas and backwater temperature and flow rate in the backwater system of 4 35 ton boilers in the south of three oil depots are the main research objects in this paper. The scheme of heat exchanger connected in parallel on water side and connected in series on flue gas side was worked out. The heat pipe heat exchanger and wave-plate heat exchanger were studied for flue gas waste heat recovery and utilization equipment. The advantages and disadvantages of the two heat exchangers are compared and analyzed. The heat transfer efficiency is high, the scaling is not easy and the resistance is small. The compact wave-plate heat exchanger is used as the equipment for the recovery and utilization of the waste heat from the tail gas of the boiler in the South third Oil Depot. The specific structural dimensions of the wave-plate heat exchanger are calculated according to the physical parameters of the residual smoke and backwater. Three-dimensional numerical simulation of the first and second order wave-plate heat exchanger was carried out by Fluent. The temperature, velocity and static pressure distribution of the flue gas side of the wave-plate heat exchanger and the water side temperature of the wave-panel heat exchanger were obtained. At the same time, by changing the inlet velocity of the wave-plate heat exchanger, the heat transfer effect of the wave-panel heat exchanger is considered under different variables.
