【摘要】:天然氣快開盲板是天然氣輸送管線上安裝在氣體雜質(zhì)過濾器等容器設(shè)備端部可以實(shí)現(xiàn)快速啟閉的關(guān)鍵裝置,其一般由高頸法蘭、門蓋、鎖緊機(jī)構(gòu)、密封結(jié)構(gòu)、安全聯(lián)鎖機(jī)構(gòu)、啟閉機(jī)構(gòu)等組成。隨著我國天然氣管網(wǎng)的大力建設(shè),天然氣快開盲板的需求越來越旺盛。目前我國輸氣管線上應(yīng)用的快開盲板主要依賴進(jìn)口,為此,國內(nèi)某石油公司聯(lián)合廠家和高校共同完成了新型高壓、大直徑(壓力達(dá)12.6MPa,內(nèi)徑為Φ1550mm)天然氣快開盲板裝置的開發(fā),其中對(duì)橡膠密封圈結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了較大改進(jìn)。本論文就新型快開盲板結(jié)構(gòu)中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)鞍形密封圈的密封性能做了一系列仿真分析和相關(guān)性能試驗(yàn)。論文介紹了新型天然氣過濾器鎖環(huán)式快開盲板密封圈的開發(fā)背景及過程,并借助于功能強(qiáng)大的非線性有限元軟件,針對(duì)影響新型橡膠密封圈結(jié)構(gòu)性能的各種因素進(jìn)行了參數(shù)化分析,同時(shí)研究分析了國外主要同類產(chǎn)品的密封圈特性,結(jié)合相關(guān)的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,得出新型鞍形橡膠密封圈具有良好的密封性能、方便的啟閉功能,完全適合天然氣快開盲板的密封要求。論文的主要工作歸結(jié)如下:1.圍繞天然氣快開盲板采用的密封圈形式,研究分析了國內(nèi)外主要應(yīng)用的快開盲板密封結(jié)構(gòu)原理和特點(diǎn),介紹了我們開發(fā)的新型鞍形密封圈快開盲板的結(jié)構(gòu)原理,并對(duì)上述各種形式的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。2.利用有限元分析軟件ABAQUS對(duì)影響鞍形橡膠圈密封性能的參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析,得出其合理的取值范圍;同時(shí)完成了傳統(tǒng)“C”形橡膠密封圈、KEMLCOK型“O”形密封結(jié)構(gòu)密封性能的仿真分析及性能對(duì)比。3.完成了高壓大直徑快開盲板采用新型鞍形密封圈結(jié)構(gòu)的密封性能試驗(yàn)和開關(guān)門蓋“防卡”性驗(yàn)證,顯示新型密封圈具有良好的密封性能和門蓋啟閉時(shí)的“防卡”浮動(dòng)性能。4.闡述了橡膠材質(zhì)密封圈的“電子老化”原理,結(jié)合相關(guān)的材料性能試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),完成了對(duì)鞍形密封圈使用壽命的預(yù)估分析。
[Abstract]:The natural gas fast opening blind plate is the key device which can realize the quick opening and closing at the end of the container equipment such as gas impurity filter installed on the natural gas pipeline, which is generally made up of high neck flange, door cover, locking mechanism and sealing structure. With the construction of natural gas network in our country, the demand for the fast open blind board of natural gas is more and more strong. At present, the fast open blind board used in the gas pipeline in our country mainly depends on the import. Therefore, a new type of high pressure, large diameter (pressure 12.6MPa, inner diameter 桅 1550mm) natural gas fast open blind board has been developed by a domestic oil company and a university. The structure of rubber seal ring has been improved greatly. This paper has done a series of simulation analysis and related performance test on the key technology of the new type fast open blind plate structure, saddle seal ring, and introduced the new type of seal ring. Development background and process of gas filter locking ring type fast open blind plate seal ring. With the help of the powerful nonlinear finite element software, various factors affecting the structural performance of the new rubber seal ring are analyzed, and the characteristics of the main foreign products of the same kind are also studied and analyzed. According to the experimental data, the new type saddle rubber seal ring has good sealing performance and convenient opening and closing function. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The sealing ring around the natural gas fast blind plate. This paper studies and analyzes the structure principle and characteristics of the fast open blind plate which is mainly used at home and abroad, and introduces the structure principle of a new type of saddle ring fast open blind plate developed by us. By using finite element analysis software ABAQUS, the parameters affecting the sealing performance of saddle rubber ring are analyzed, and the reasonable value range is obtained. At the same time, the traditional "C" rubber sealing ring is completed. Simulation Analysis and comparison of Seal performance of KEMLCOK Type "O" Seal structure. 3.The sealing performance test and opening and closing cover of high pressure large diameter fast opening blind plate with new saddle seal ring structure have been completed. Anti-card "sex verification." It shows that the new seal ring has good sealing performance and the floating property of "anti-blocking" when the door cover is opened and closed. The principle of "electronic aging" of rubber seal ring is expounded, and the related material performance test data are combined. The service life of saddle seal ring is estimated and analyzed.
