【摘要】:針對目前遼河油田錦州采油廠稠油區(qū)塊常規(guī)酸化效果不理想問題,本文研究出了適合于稠油吞吐井使用的新型選擇性堵水酸化技術(shù),有效封堵高含水大孔道,同時解除低滲透層堵塞污染,恢復(fù)或增加低滲透層滲透率,解放低滲透層產(chǎn)能。首先根據(jù)油田原油物性、油藏特性,通過巖心粉末溶蝕實(shí)驗(yàn)優(yōu)選酸液種類和配比,通過掛片腐蝕實(shí)驗(yàn)、鐵離子穩(wěn)定劑篩選、粘土穩(wěn)定劑篩選等實(shí)驗(yàn)優(yōu)選添加劑,從而確定了酸液配方。在此基礎(chǔ)上,研制了一種具有良好耐酸性的乳化油型選擇性暫堵劑,在含水率為60%時,堵水后采收率提高了16.22%。然后,對常用的油溶性物質(zhì)(如石蠟、瀝青、油溶性樹脂等)進(jìn)行改性,制備出可以與儲層孔喉匹配的粒徑可調(diào)的凝膠型堵劑,改善了油溶性,增大了強(qiáng)度,提高了耐酸性。分別使用兩種堵水劑和所研制的酸化液,開展選擇性堵水酸化物理模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,通過單巖心和平行并聯(lián)巖心堵水酸化實(shí)驗(yàn),測定壓力變化、采收率變化,研究抗酸性能、封堵率、有效期、配伍性等,確定合理的注入?yún)?shù),評價其選擇性堵水酸化能力。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,不同滲透率巖心并聯(lián)驅(qū)替注入凝膠型堵水劑和混合酸液后,解堵率和封堵率不同,巖心滲透率越高,油層解堵效果越好,而水層封堵效果越差,平均解堵率為53.46-72.67%,平均封堵率64.1-80.7%;不同滲透率巖心并聯(lián)驅(qū)替注入乳化油型耐酸性堵水劑后,平均解堵率為35.99-50.47%,平均封堵率25.1-52.73%。凝膠型堵劑的選擇性酸化效果比乳化油型堵水劑效果更好。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the unsatisfactory effect of conventional acidizing in heavy oil block of Jinzhou oil production plant in Liaohe Oilfield, a new type of selective water plugging and acidizing technology suitable for heavy oil huff and puff well is studied in this paper, which can effectively block high water cut large pore path. At the same time, remove the low permeability layer plugging pollution, restore or increase the permeability of the low permeability layer, liberate the low permeability layer productivity. Firstly, according to the oil field crude oil physical properties, reservoir characteristics. The formula of acid solution was determined by selecting the kind and proportion of acid solution through core powder dissolution experiment, selecting additives by hanging sheet corrosion experiment, iron ion stabilizer screening, clay stabilizer screening and so on. A selective temporary plugging agent of emulsified oil with good acid resistance was developed. When the water content was 60%, the recovery factor was increased by 16.22 when the water content was 60%. Then, the oil soluble substances (such as paraffin wax and asphalt) were used. Oil soluble resin was modified to prepare the gel plugging agent which can match the pore throat of reservoir, which can improve the oil solubility and increase the strength. Two kinds of water shutoff agents and acidizing solution were used to carry out the physical simulation study of selective water shutoff acidification. The pressure change was measured by single core and parallel parallel core water shutoff acidification experiment. The change of oil recovery, acid resistance, plugging efficiency, validity period, compatibility, etc., determine reasonable injection parameters, evaluate its selective water plugging and acidification ability. When different permeability cores are injected with gel water shutoff agent and mixed acid in parallel, the removal rate and plugging rate are different. The higher the core permeability is, the better the plugging removal effect of reservoir is, and the worse the plugging effect of water layer is. The average plugging removal rate was 53.46-72.67, the average plugging rate was 64.1-80.7; The average plugging removal rate is 35.99-50.47% after the injection of emulsified oil-resistant acid plugging agent by parallel displacement with different permeability cores. The average plugging rate was 25.1-52.73. The selective acidification effect of gel plugging agent was better than that of emulsified oil water plugging agent.
