【摘要】:針對(duì)深井、超深井高溫鉆井過(guò)程中鉆井液處理劑耐溫能力不足、濾失造壁性能差等問(wèn)題,以超分子聚合物的聚合理論為基礎(chǔ),以AMPS、AM與N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)為單體,合成了一種三元共聚物降濾失劑。通過(guò)優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)確定了最佳合成條件:單體物質(zhì)的量比AM:AMPS:NVP=6:3:1,引發(fā)劑含量為0.2%,單體總含量為15%,反應(yīng)溫度為50℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為4 h。采用紅外、熱重、TEM對(duì)合成產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)分析,結(jié)果表明合成的超分子降濾失劑是由具有特殊功能基團(tuán)的單體通過(guò)自由基聚合而成的,側(cè)鏈的功能基團(tuán)通過(guò)氫鍵、親疏水性、離子鍵等協(xié)同作用形成空間的有序網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。這種非共價(jià)鍵的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)外界條件變化時(shí),能夠迅速改變結(jié)構(gòu)以適應(yīng)外界條件的變化。此外,分子間強(qiáng)的分子間作用力使超分子降濾失劑具有快速適應(yīng)環(huán)境變化的能力,表現(xiàn)出好的抗溫、抗鹽和抗鈣性。在4%淡水基漿中考察了合成降濾失劑的降濾失性能,合成降濾失劑的抗溫性明顯優(yōu)于PAC-LV,抗溫高達(dá)180℃。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of low temperature resistance of drilling fluid during high temperature drilling in deep and ultra-deep wells and poor wall performance of filtrate loss, the polymerization theory of supramolecular polymer is based on AMPS. AM and N- vinylpyrrolidone (NVP) were monomers. A ternary copolymer filtrate reducer was synthesized. The optimum synthesis conditions were determined by optimizing experiment: the amount of monomer was 6: 3: 1, the amount of monomer was 6: 3: 1, and the content of initiator was 0.2%.
