【摘要】:隨著科技不斷的進(jìn)步,生產(chǎn)力的極大發(fā)展,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來(lái)越激烈,而質(zhì)量成為了企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,所以質(zhì)量管理成為了商業(yè)領(lǐng)域以及學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn)話題。項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理關(guān)系著整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的成敗,也關(guān)系著整個(gè)企業(yè)的生存與淘汰,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,特別在工程項(xiàng)目中,由于工程項(xiàng)目一般關(guān)系著企業(yè)的重大決策,決定企業(yè)發(fā)展的前景,工程項(xiàng)目一直是熱點(diǎn)研究問(wèn)題,但是工程項(xiàng)目一般工程量很大,時(shí)間跨度比較長(zhǎng),涉及到的人員也很繁雜,對(duì)于工程的管理提出了很大的挑戰(zhàn),特別是對(duì)于工程質(zhì)量的管理難度非常大,對(duì)于項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量控制一直是學(xué)術(shù)界和實(shí)際應(yīng)用中非常重大的考驗(yàn),本文結(jié)合樺甸油庫(kù)擴(kuò)容改造項(xiàng)目過(guò)程中遇到的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量進(jìn)行研究,并提出一些項(xiàng)目指令控制的方案和相關(guān)的建議。 本文結(jié)合實(shí)際例子,中國(guó)石油樺甸油庫(kù)擴(kuò)容改造項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)行了該項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)研究,主要對(duì)于項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀分析,從分析的問(wèn)題出發(fā)做出了詳細(xì)的工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制計(jì)劃。本文首先介紹了相關(guān)的研究背景和研究意義,對(duì)于本文的研究方法(文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法和實(shí)地考察法)、論文的架構(gòu)做了簡(jiǎn)要的論述,同時(shí)著重對(duì)于中國(guó)石油樺甸油庫(kù)擴(kuò)容改造項(xiàng)目的企業(yè)概況,項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)背景以及項(xiàng)目的意義進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要的分析,為后面的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題分析做準(zhǔn)備。隨后對(duì)于中國(guó)石油樺甸油庫(kù)擴(kuò)容改造項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,這里主要依靠4M1E項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理方法,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的人員、工程項(xiàng)目的材料、工程項(xiàng)目的機(jī)械設(shè)備、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方案和項(xiàng)目環(huán)境五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,了解中國(guó)石油樺甸油庫(kù)擴(kuò)容改造項(xiàng)目中的管理現(xiàn)狀,也明確了該項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的主要問(wèn)題,對(duì)于進(jìn)一步的質(zhì)量管理方案的設(shè)計(jì)有了非常大的幫助。其次,依據(jù)中國(guó)石油樺甸油庫(kù)擴(kuò)容改造項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀分析的結(jié)果,,結(jié)合4M1E項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理方法,對(duì)該項(xiàng)目分別從對(duì)于項(xiàng)目人員(管理人員和施工人員)、機(jī)械設(shè)備、材料、方法(項(xiàng)目實(shí)施技術(shù)方案)、環(huán)境等方面進(jìn)行論述,針對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀中的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,提供一些提高項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的措施、管理原則和具體的方法,保障該項(xiàng)目能順利實(shí)施,同時(shí)還能保證項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量達(dá)標(biāo)。最后,在中國(guó)石油樺甸油庫(kù)擴(kuò)容改造項(xiàng)目項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的保障方面,對(duì)于該項(xiàng)目各個(gè)方面的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督(工程項(xiàng)目中各工程的關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn)、工程的實(shí)施要點(diǎn)以及項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中質(zhì)量監(jiān)督的問(wèn)題處理)、對(duì)于項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保障體系的建立(項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保障體系上層結(jié)構(gòu)和下層結(jié)構(gòu))兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要論述,為項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量提供充分的保障。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of science and technology, the great development of productivity, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, and quality has become the key to the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, quality management has become a hot topic in the field of business and academic research. The quality management of the project is related to the success or failure of the whole project, and also to the survival and elimination of the whole enterprise. It has very important practical significance, especially in the engineering project, because the engineering project generally relates to the enterprise's important decision, decides the enterprise's development prospect, the engineering project has been the hot research question all the time. However, the general engineering project is very large, the time span is relatively long, the personnel involved is also very complicated, has put forward the very big challenge to the project management, especially for the engineering quality management is very difficult. For the quality control of the project has been the academic and practical application of a very important test, this paper combined with the Huadian oil depot expansion project encountered in the process of practical problems, the quality of the project is studied. And put forward some project command control scheme and related suggestions. Combined with practical examples, the project of capacity expansion and renovation of Huadian oil depot of PetroChina is studied on the quality management of the project, mainly for the analysis of the current situation of the quality management of the project. A detailed project quality control plan is made from the analysis of the problems. Firstly, this paper introduces the relevant research background and research significance, for the research methods of this paper (literature survey method and field investigation method). The structure of the paper is briefly discussed, and the brief analysis of the enterprise profile, the related background and the significance of the project of Huadian Oil Depot expansion Project of PetroChina is emphasized. Preparation for the following project quality management status and problem analysis. Then for China Petroleum Huadian oil depot expansion project quality management status of a detailed analysis. This paper mainly relies on the 4M1E project quality management method, the project personnel, the project material, the engineering project mechanical equipment, the project implementation plan and the project environment five aspects has carried on the detailed analysis. Understand the current situation of management in the Huadian Oil Depot expansion Project of PetroChina, and clarify the main problems of the quality management of the project, which will be of great help to the design of further quality management scheme. Secondly. According to the results of quality management analysis of Huadian oil depot expansion project, combined with 4M1E project quality management method, the project from the project personnel (management and construction personnel). Mechanical equipment, materials, methods (project implementation technical scheme, environment, etc.) are discussed, and some measures to improve project quality management are provided in view of the key problems in the present situation of project quality management. Management principles and specific methods to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, but also to ensure the quality of the project. Finally, in China Petroleum Huadian oil depot expansion project quality assurance. Quality supervision for all aspects of the project (the key quality control points of each project in the project, the key points of implementation of the project and the handling of the problems in the quality supervision during the implementation of the project). This paper briefly discusses the establishment of the project quality assurance system (the upper layer structure and the lower structure of the project quality assurance system) in order to provide sufficient guarantee for the project quality.
