【摘要】：氣井生產(chǎn)過程中,環(huán)空帶壓現(xiàn)象逐漸增多,特別是含硫化氫氣井,已成為影響安全生產(chǎn)的潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn),文章針對元壩高舍硫氣井特點(diǎn),參照API.RP90及B-Btest,提出了開井初期環(huán)空起壓快速診斷流程及放壓漏點(diǎn)判斷流程,建立了套壓增量預(yù)測圖版,提出了在50~70×10~4 m~3/d的產(chǎn)量下,環(huán)空壓力上漲在15~20 MPa的規(guī)律;并對API.RP90計(jì)算最大環(huán)空允許壓力方法進(jìn)行了修正,建立了多因素影響下的最大環(huán)空允許壓力計(jì)算方法及五步環(huán)空日常維護(hù)管理方法,現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證了該方法可確保高含硫氣井的長期安全生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:In the process of gas well production, the phenomenon of annular zone pressure is increasing gradually, especially the hydrogen sulfide gas well, which has become a potential risk to affect the safety of production. This paper aims at the characteristics of Yuan dam Gao she sulfur gas well. Referring to API.RP90 and B-Btest, the rapid diagnosis flow of annular pressure in the initial stage of well opening and the flow of judging pressure release leakage point are put forward, and the prediction chart of casing pressure increment is established. Under the yield of 50 ~ 70 脳 10 ~ (4) m ~ (-1) m ~ (3 / d), the annulus pressure increases at 1520 MPa. The method of calculating the maximum allowable pressure of ring air by API.RP90 is modified, and the method of calculating maximum allowable pressure of ring air under the influence of many factors and the method of daily maintenance and management of five-step ring air are established. Field application shows that this method can ensure long-term safe production of high-sulfur gas wells.
