【摘要】:管道在深水環(huán)境中易遭受外壓和動(dòng)力載荷的聯(lián)合作用,該狀態(tài)下結(jié)構(gòu)的局部壓潰特性還有待與深入探索。建立了管道數(shù)值模型,模擬結(jié)構(gòu)屈曲過(guò)程并得到臨界動(dòng)力載荷幅值;對(duì)影響管道局部屈曲的動(dòng)力載荷頻率、外壓大小、管道長(zhǎng)度、初始橢圓度缺陷等敏感性因素進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,管道截面殼振動(dòng)使管道承載能力下降是誘發(fā)局部壓潰的主因,動(dòng)力載荷對(duì)管道的危害大于靜力載荷,動(dòng)力載荷頻率接近于截面殼振動(dòng)頻率最易引發(fā)局部壓潰,管道長(zhǎng)度降低可以大大降低動(dòng)力作用下局部壓潰的可能性。
[Abstract]:Pipeline is vulnerable to the combined action of external pressure and dynamic load in deep water environment. The local collapse characteristics of the structure in this state need to be further explored. A numerical model of pipeline is established. The buckling process of the structure is simulated and the amplitude of critical dynamic load is obtained. The sensitivity factors such as the frequency of dynamic load, the size of external pressure, the length of pipeline and the defect of initial ellipticity are analyzed. The reduction of pipeline bearing capacity caused by the vibration of the cross section shell of pipeline is the main cause of local collapse. The damage of dynamic load to pipeline is greater than that of static load, and the frequency of dynamic load is close to the vibration frequency of cross section shell. The possibility of local crushing under dynamic action can be greatly reduced by reducing the length of pipeline.
