【摘要】:泄漏速率計算是計算泄漏量、評估泄漏風險的前提和基礎(chǔ),通過搭建液相管道小孔泄漏實驗系統(tǒng),構(gòu)建不同泄漏場景,研究管道流量、壓力對管內(nèi)液體壓力及泄漏速率變化的影響規(guī)律,提出了小孔泄漏穩(wěn)定壓力計算方法,有效解決經(jīng)典計算公式中壓力求解問題;通過對泄漏模塊仿真模擬,得到了泄漏孔口界面的速度分布情況,并研究了管道流量、壓力對速度分布的影響。實驗和數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果表明:泄漏發(fā)生后,管道壓力下降明顯,泄漏穩(wěn)定壓力與初始壓力、管道流量呈對數(shù)關(guān)系,初始壓力、管道流量越大,泄漏穩(wěn)定壓力越高,但相較于初始壓力,泄漏穩(wěn)定壓力差值減小;管道流量越大,達到泄漏穩(wěn)定的時間越短,泄漏達到平衡越快;泄漏孔處,面對來流方向壁面附近速度較高,背向來流方向壁面附近有負壓、渦旋,且隨著管道流量、初始壓力的增加,最大泄漏速度增加,但負壓范圍、程度減小。
[Abstract]:The calculation of leakage rate is the premise and foundation to calculate the leakage amount and evaluate the leakage risk. Through the establishment of a small hole leak experimental system of liquid phase pipeline, different leakage scenarios are constructed, and the pipeline flow rate is studied. The influence of pressure on the variation of liquid pressure and leakage rate in pipe is studied. A method for calculating the steady pressure of small hole leakage is put forward, which effectively solves the problem of pressure solution in the classical formula. Through the simulation of the leakage module, the velocity distribution of the leakage hole interface is obtained, and the influence of the pipeline flow rate and pressure on the velocity distribution is studied. The experimental and numerical simulation results show that: after the leakage occurs. Pipeline pressure decreases obviously, leakage stability pressure and initial pressure, pipeline flow is logarithmic relationship, initial pressure, pipeline flow, leakage stability pressure is higher, but compared with initial pressure. The leakage stability pressure difference is reduced; The larger the pipeline flow, the shorter the time to reach the leakage stability, and the faster the leakage reaches equilibrium. At the leak hole, the velocity near the wall is higher in the direction of the flow, and there is negative pressure and vortex near the wall in the direction of backflow. With the increase of the initial pressure and the flow rate of the pipeline, the maximum leakage velocity increases, but the negative pressure range. The degree is reduced.
