【摘要】:研究了以3-辛基-1-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸鹽離子液體(C_8mimBF_4)為萃取劑,磷鎢酸(H_3PW_(12)O_(40))為催化劑,質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為30%的過(guò)氧化氫(H_2O_2)為氧化劑,將模擬油中的特征硫化物苯并噻吩(BT)氧化成相應(yīng)砜類物質(zhì)的萃取催化氧化脫硫(ECODS)過(guò)程。通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn)確定其最佳反應(yīng)條件:反應(yīng)溫度40℃、氧硫摩爾比8:1、H_3PW_(12)O_(40)與硫摩爾比8:100、萃取劑與模擬油體積比1:10、反應(yīng)時(shí)間60min,在此條件下BT模擬油的脫硫率可達(dá)95.72%。同時(shí)在最佳反應(yīng)條件下考察了該ECODS體系對(duì)其他類型硫化物為底物的模擬油的脫硫性能,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明幾乎可以完全除去二苯并噻吩(DBT)和4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩(4,6-DMDBT)。由正交試驗(yàn)極差可知,各因素對(duì)BT模擬油ECODS影響的優(yōu)先順序?yàn)?催化劑用量反應(yīng)時(shí)間反應(yīng)溫度氧硫摩爾比劑油比。動(dòng)力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明BT氧化符合擬一級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,并計(jì)算了反應(yīng)速率常數(shù)和半衰期。
[Abstract]:Using 3-octyl -1-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid C _ S _ 8mimBF _ 4) as extractant, and phosphotungstic acid H3PWW _ 3W _ (12) O _ (40) as catalyst. Hydrogen peroxide with a mass fraction of 30% H _ 2O _ 2) is used as oxidant.
