【摘要】:針對(duì)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)SY/T 5358—2010中儲(chǔ)集層巖石應(yīng)力敏感性測(cè)試方法、評(píng)價(jià)方法和判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)存在的諸多問題,從5個(gè)方面提出了該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)需要修訂的具體內(nèi)容;根據(jù)班恩和馬克西莫夫的巖石應(yīng)力方程,推導(dǎo)出了Terzaghi有效應(yīng)力公式,說明了Terzaghi公式不僅適合土壤力學(xué)而且也適合巖石力學(xué)。根據(jù)前人由滲透率模量公式導(dǎo)出的Terzaghi有效應(yīng)力與巖石滲透率的指數(shù)關(guān)系式,擬合定外壓變內(nèi)壓和定內(nèi)壓變外壓兩種不同的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件所測(cè)得的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),都具有較高的擬合精度,由于定外壓變內(nèi)壓測(cè)試與油藏開發(fā)實(shí)際相符,建議采用定外壓變內(nèi)壓操作。研究認(rèn)為:巖石應(yīng)力敏感性強(qiáng)弱可用應(yīng)力敏感系數(shù)(α)來評(píng)價(jià),推薦標(biāo)準(zhǔn):0.005 MPa~(-1)α≤0.025 MPa~(-1)為弱敏感;0.025 MPa~(-1)α≤0.035 MPa~(-1)為中等偏弱敏感;0.035 MPa~(-1)α≤0.045 MPa~(-1)為中等偏強(qiáng)敏感;0.045 MPa~(-1)α≤0.100 MPa~(-1)為強(qiáng)敏感;α0.100 MPa~(-1)為極強(qiáng)敏感。同時(shí),根據(jù)多個(gè)文獻(xiàn)的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)證實(shí)了砂巖儲(chǔ)集層滲透率越低應(yīng)力敏感性越強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:According to the test method of reservoir rock stress sensitivity in SY/T 5358-2010, there are many problems in evaluation method and judgment standard. The concrete contents of the standard need to be revised from five aspects; According to the rock stress equations of Bann and Maximov, the Terzaghi effective stress formula is derived. The Terzaghi formula is not only suitable for soil mechanics, but also suitable for rock mechanics. The exponential relationship between Terzaghi effective stress and rock permeability derived from the permeability modulus formula is presented in this paper. . The experimental data obtained by fitting two different experimental conditions of constant external pressure variable internal pressure and constant internal pressure variation have higher fitting accuracy, because the measurement of constant external pressure variation internal pressure is in accordance with the actual reservoir development.
