【摘要】:論文的選題來源于筠連區(qū)塊煤層氣田地面工程建設項目。由于聚乙烯管道(PE管道)使用壽命長,具有卓越的耐腐蝕性,柔韌性強,抗地震能力強,本工程采用聚乙烯管道輸送煤層氣。但是,聚乙烯管道亦有其缺點:抗壓能力弱,重壓易造成管材變形;抗紫外線能力弱,紫外線會加速其老化,,降低管道強度;抗沖擊能力低,遇到外力易破損,發(fā)生煤層氣泄漏。本工程PE輸氣管道沿途經(jīng)過城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃區(qū)、人口密集區(qū)、重要建筑物等敏感區(qū)域,一旦發(fā)生煤層氣泄漏,可能引發(fā)火災爆炸事故,將會造成極大的人身、財產(chǎn)損失,帶來極壞的社會影響。 管道失效破壞的原因在于管道所承受的載荷大于其承載能力。本工程埋地PE管道所承受的主要載荷為交通載荷、管頂上部覆土壓力以及管道內壓。論文應用ANSYS軟件建立埋地PE管道有限元模型,根據(jù)數(shù)值模擬結果,分析PE管的失效性。對管道失效引起的煤層氣泄漏事故的影響范圍進行計算,從控制PE管道自身安全、控制安全距離、管道工程安全管理三方面提出安全對策措施。主要內容有: (1)應用ANSYS軟件,建立埋地PE管道有限元模型,得到管道應力、位移分布情況,研究不同交通載荷對管道力學性狀的影響,分析管道的安全性。 (2)分別采用基于事故后果的方法和基于風險的方法計算典型管線煤層氣泄漏事故影響范圍。 (3)根據(jù)計算結果,分析應采取的安全措施。
[Abstract]:The topic originates in Junlian CBM gas field ground engineering construction project. The polyethylene pipe (PE pipe) long service life, excellent corrosion resistance, strong flexibility, anti seismic capability, this project adopts polyethylene pipeline gas. However, the polyethylene pipe has its shortcomings: the compressive strength is weak, the weight is easy to cause the pipe deformation; anti ultraviolet ability weak, ultraviolet rays will accelerate the aging, reduce the pipeline strength; anti impact ability is low, have damaged external leak methane. The PE gas pipeline passes through the town planning area, densely populated areas, important buildings and other sensitive areas, once the occurrence of coal seam gas leakage that may cause fire and explosion accident, will cause great personal and property losses, brought very bad social influence.
The reason lies in the failure of the pipeline pipeline under load than its carrying capacity. The main load of this project buried PE pipeline under traffic load, the top of the pipe and the upper overburden pressure pipeline internal pressure. The application of ANSYS software to establish the finite element model of buried pipeline PE, according to the results of numerical simulation, the failure analysis of PE pipe. The influence range of coalbed gas caused by the failure of pipeline leakage accident is calculated from safety control of PE pipeline control, safety distance, safety measures put forward three aspects of safety management of pipeline engineering. The main contents are:
(1) establish the finite element model of buried PE pipeline by using ANSYS software, get the stress and displacement distribution of pipeline, study the influence of different traffic loads on the mechanical properties of pipeline, and analyze the safety of pipeline.
(2) the impact range of the typical pipeline coal seam gas leakage accident is calculated by the method based on the accident consequence and the method based on the risk.
(3) according to the results of the calculation, the safety measures should be taken.
