【摘要】:通過(guò)失重腐蝕試驗(yàn)和應(yīng)力腐蝕開裂(四點(diǎn)彎曲法)試驗(yàn),研究了TC4鈦合金在地層水和完井液環(huán)境中抗均勻腐蝕、局部腐蝕和SCC性能。結(jié)果表明:在地層水CO_2腐蝕環(huán)境中,TC4鈦合金為輕微腐蝕,溫度升高,均勻腐蝕速率變化不大,溫度達(dá)到220℃時(shí),均勻腐蝕速率僅為0.0012 mm/a,且試樣表面無(wú)局部腐蝕,表明該合金具有良好的抗地層水CO_2均勻腐蝕和局部腐蝕性能;在完井液CO_2腐蝕環(huán)境中,TC4鈦合金的均勻腐蝕速率高達(dá)0.4247 mm/a,該合金發(fā)生明顯的點(diǎn)蝕和選擇性溶解腐蝕;在地層水CO_2腐蝕和完井液CO_2腐蝕環(huán)境中SCC試驗(yàn)均未發(fā)現(xiàn)裂紋,具有良好的抗SCC性能。
[Abstract]:The resistance of TC4 titanium alloy to uniform corrosion in formation water and completion fluid was studied through weightlessness corrosion test and stress corrosion cracking (Four-point bending method) test. Local corrosion and SCC properties. The results show that the TC4 titanium alloy is slightly corroded in the formation water CO_2 corrosion environment, the temperature increases, the uniform corrosion rate changes little, and the temperature reaches 220 鈩,
