胡尖山油田胡307-新46區(qū)合理開(kāi)發(fā)參數(shù)研究

【摘要】:論文以油藏描述為指導(dǎo)理論,以?xún)?chǔ)層地質(zhì)、開(kāi)發(fā)地質(zhì)、油層物理和前人地質(zhì)研究成果為基礎(chǔ),多種資料對(duì)比研究,對(duì)胡尖山油田胡307-新46區(qū)的油藏基礎(chǔ)特征和開(kāi)發(fā)效果等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了剖析。隨后應(yīng)用油藏工程論證、數(shù)值模擬和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)踐相結(jié)合為主要技術(shù)手段,對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中的井網(wǎng)參數(shù)、壓力參數(shù)、注入?yún)?shù)和采出參數(shù)四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究,確定研究區(qū)合理的開(kāi)發(fā)參數(shù)。得出的主要認(rèn)識(shí)和結(jié)論:1、水驅(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)效果①研究區(qū)整體水驅(qū)控制程度為91.2%,其中胡307區(qū)、安62區(qū)和新46區(qū)的水驅(qū)儲(chǔ)量控制程度分別為91.7%、91.1%和91%,全區(qū)控制程度好;研究區(qū)整體水驅(qū)儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)用程度為55.7%,全區(qū)整體動(dòng)用程度差。其中胡307區(qū)和新46區(qū)的水驅(qū)儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)用程度分別為52.7%和37.1%,動(dòng)用程度差;安62區(qū)動(dòng)用程度為70.2%,動(dòng)用程度一般。②研究區(qū)整體的最終采收率為28.5%,其中胡307區(qū)、安62區(qū)和新46區(qū)的采收率分別為28.7%、29.5%和27%。③研究區(qū)全區(qū)存水率維持在60%左右,而水驅(qū)指數(shù)一直處于緩慢上升過(guò)程,水驅(qū)效果相對(duì)較差;截至2014年10月,胡307區(qū)和新46區(qū)的存水率分別為56%和38.8%,水驅(qū)效果差;安62區(qū)的存水率一直穩(wěn)定在75%左右,水驅(qū)指數(shù)穩(wěn)定,水驅(qū)效果較好。④研究區(qū)當(dāng)前波及系數(shù)為15.29%,理論極限波及系數(shù)為83.80%,還有16.20%未波及。其中胡307區(qū)、安62區(qū)和新46區(qū)的當(dāng)前波及系數(shù)分別為17.96%、17.84%和18.78%,理論極限波及系數(shù)分別為84.97%、85.47%和83.23%,分別還有15.03%、14.53%和16.77%的含油體積未波及到。2、合理的開(kāi)發(fā)參數(shù)①井網(wǎng)參數(shù):研究區(qū)的合理井網(wǎng)密度為9.14 口/kmm2,其中胡307區(qū)、安62區(qū)和新46區(qū)的合理井網(wǎng)密度分別為9.11口/km2、7.94口/km2和9.11口/kmm2。②壓力參數(shù):研究區(qū)合理地層壓力保持水平為89.2%,最小合理流動(dòng)壓力范圍為2.88-5.26MPa,最大合理生產(chǎn)壓差范圍為4.8-7.18MPa。胡307區(qū)、安62區(qū)和新46區(qū)的合理地層壓力保持水平分別為85%、99.8%和86%;最小合理流動(dòng)壓力分別為2.57-5.86MPa、3.88-5.29MPa和2.49-4.85MPa;最大合理生產(chǎn)壓差分別為3.8-7.09MPa、5.49-6.9MPa和4.89-7.25MPa。③注入?yún)?shù):研究區(qū)合理注采比為0.7-1.1,全區(qū)單井合理日注水量為20-31.8 m3/d,最大合理井口壓力為13.04-16.31MPa。胡307區(qū)、安62區(qū)和新46區(qū)的合理注采比分別為0.7-1.0、0.85-1.2和0.65-1.05,單井合理日注水量分別為18.5-32.6m3/d、23-37.5m3/d和13.3-23.4m3/d;最大合理井口壓力為12.82-16.02MPa、13.55-16.98MPa和12.74-15.91MPa。④采出參數(shù):胡307區(qū)塊的合理采油速度為2.08%,安62區(qū)的合理采油速度為2.10%,新46的采油速度為2.09%,研究區(qū)整體的采油速度為2.09%:胡307區(qū)的采液強(qiáng)度為0.89-1.33m3/(m·d),安62區(qū)合理采液強(qiáng)度為0.93-1.3m3/(m·d),而新46區(qū)為0.56-1.Om3/(m·d),研究區(qū)平均采液強(qiáng)度為0.81-1.25m3/(m·d);合理產(chǎn)能分別為3.93t/d、4.15t/d和3.24t/d,研究區(qū)平均產(chǎn)能為3.69t/d。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of reservoir description, reservoir geology, development geology, reservoir physics and previous geological research results, this paper makes a comparative study of various data. The basic characteristics and development effect of reservoir in Hu 307-Xin46 area of Hujianshan Oilfield are analyzed. The main technical means are reservoir engineering demonstration, numerical simulation and field practice. Four aspects of well pattern parameters, pressure parameters, injection parameters and recovery parameters are studied in order to determine the reasonable development parameters in the research area. The control degree of water drive in the study area 1 is 91.2%, and the control degree of water drive reserves in Hu 307, An62 and Xin46 is 91.71.1% and 91%, respectively. The control degree of the whole area is good; The whole water drive reserves in the study area is 55.7 percent, and the whole area is poor. The water drive reserves in Hu 307 area and Xin46 area are 52.7% and 37.1% respectively. Poor use; The utilization degree of An62 area is 70.2 and the final recovery factor of the whole research area is 28.5. among them, Hu 307 area. The oil recovery of An62 area and Xin46 area are 28.72.5% and 27.3%, respectively, and the water storage rate of the whole area is about 60%, while the water drive index is rising slowly. The effect of water flooding is relatively poor; As of October 2014, the water storage rates of Hu 307 and Xin 46 were 56% and 38.8 respectively, which resulted in poor water drive effect. The water storage rate of An62 area has been stable at about 75%, the water drive index is stable, the water flooding effect is good. 4 the current sweep coefficient is 15.29 and the theoretical limit sweep coefficient is 83.80%. The current sweep coefficients of Hu 307, an 62 and Xin 46 are 17.96% and 18.78% respectively. The theoretical limit sweep coefficient is 84.97% and 83.23% respectively, and the oil volume of 15.03% and 16.77% is not affected to 2.2. Reasonable development parameter 1 well pattern parameter: the reasonable well pattern density of the study area is 9.14 / kmm-2, including Hu 307 area. The reasonable well pattern density of An62 and Xin46 are 9.11 / km ~ 2 / km ~ 2, respectively. 7.94 / km2 and 9.11 / kmm2.2 pressure parameters: reasonable formation pressure maintenance level is 89.2% in the study area. The minimum reasonable flow pressure range is 2.88-5.26MPa, and the maximum reasonable production pressure difference range is 4.8-7.18MPa.Hu 307. The reasonable formation pressure level of An62 area and Xin46 area are 8599.8% and 86%, respectively. The minimum reasonable flow pressure is 2.57 ~ 5.86 MPA and 2.49-4.85 MPA, respectively. The maximum reasonable production pressure difference is 3.8-7.09 MPA. 5.49-6.9MPa and 4.89-7.25MPa.3 injection parameters: the reasonable injection-production ratio is 0.7-1.1. The reasonable daily injection rate of single well in the whole area is 20-31.8 m3 / d and the maximum reasonable wellhead pressure is 13.04-16.31 MPa.Hu 307. The reasonable injection-production ratio of An62 and Xin46 are 0.7-1.0 ~ 0.85-1.2 and 0.65-1.05, respectively. The reasonable daily injection rate of single well is 18.5-32.6 m3 / d. 23-37.5 m3 / d and 13.3-23.4m3 / d; The maximum reasonable wellhead pressure is 12.82-16.02 MPA. The recovery parameters of 13.55-16.98MPa and 12.74-15.91MPa.4 are as follows: the reasonable oil recovery rate is 2.08% in block Hu 307. The reasonable oil recovery rate of An62 area is 2.10 and that of new 46 is 2.09%. The oil recovery rate of the whole study area is 2.09 and that of Hu 307 is 0.89-1.33 m3 / m 路d). The reasonable liquid recovery intensity in An62 area was 0.93-1.3 m3 / d, while in Xin46 area was 0.56-1.Om3 / m 路d.
