【摘要】:目前管道檢測(cè)儀器儀表種類繁多,采用各種原理和復(fù)合技術(shù)的儀器快速發(fā)展,也要求對(duì)使用者給予培訓(xùn),掌握其使用要領(lǐng),提高操作技術(shù)水平,提高管道泄漏檢測(cè)水平,為管道運(yùn)行和維護(hù)提供可靠的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)。系統(tǒng)由上位控制計(jì)算機(jī)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)信號(hào)控制板卡構(gòu)成。上位計(jì)算機(jī)是一臺(tái)臺(tái)式計(jì)算機(jī)或者一臺(tái)便攜式筆記本,臺(tái)式計(jì)算機(jī)置于室內(nèi),為系統(tǒng)的遠(yuǎn)程控制端;便攜式筆記本使用靈活,可以置于室外現(xiàn)場(chǎng),方便出題與考評(píng)工作的協(xié)調(diào)進(jìn)行,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)信號(hào)控制板卡主要有通訊系統(tǒng)、信號(hào)控制器和信號(hào)發(fā)生器組成。其中通訊系統(tǒng)由RS-485有線模塊和Zig Bee蜂窩移動(dòng)通訊模塊構(gòu)成,用來實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程有線和無線控制泄漏點(diǎn)信號(hào)的功能;信號(hào)控制器基于STM32F103ZET6芯片開發(fā),通過芯片的I/O輸出控制每一個(gè)泄漏點(diǎn)泄漏信號(hào)的狀態(tài)和強(qiáng)度;信號(hào)發(fā)生器基于STM32F103ZET6,通過PWM信號(hào)的輸出,經(jīng)過低通濾波器產(chǎn)生目標(biāo)的正弦波形,最后經(jīng)過功放輸出泄漏信號(hào)。運(yùn)行在上位控制計(jì)算機(jī)上的遠(yuǎn)程控制軟件,基于Windows操作系統(tǒng),使用Visual Basic開發(fā)工具開發(fā),具有遠(yuǎn)程控制現(xiàn)場(chǎng)泄漏點(diǎn)信號(hào)和學(xué)員成績(jī)數(shù)據(jù)庫管理功能。其中遠(yuǎn)程控制現(xiàn)場(chǎng)泄漏點(diǎn)信號(hào)主要分為隨機(jī)設(shè)置和手動(dòng)設(shè)置兩種功能;學(xué)員成績(jī)數(shù)據(jù)庫管理利用Visual Basic的OLE組件管理控制Excel表格處理文檔,實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)員信息的管理和成績(jī)錄入功能。埋地金屬管道防腐層缺陷檢測(cè)仿真系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過實(shí)驗(yàn)室的功能調(diào)試和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)地使用測(cè)試,各項(xiàng)功能均已實(shí)現(xiàn),在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)地測(cè)試中通過了經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的測(cè)試人員的測(cè)試,并且連續(xù)可靠運(yùn)行24小時(shí),取得了成功。
[Abstract]:At present various pipeline inspection instrument types, the rapid development of instruments using a variety of principle and composite technology, is also required to give training to the users to master the using method, improve the technological level of operation, improve the level of pipeline leak detection technology, to provide reliable data for pipeline operation and maintenance. The system consists of host computer and field control signal control board. Host computer is a desktop computer or a laptop, desktop computer in the room, for the remote control system of portable terminal; the use of flexible, can be placed in the outdoor scene, coordinate with the title appraisal work convenient. The field signal control board are mainly composed of signal communication system, controller and communication signal generator. Cable communication system consists of RS-485 module and Zig Bee cellular mobile module, used to achieve the remote line and have no Control the leak signal; signal controller STM32F103ZET6 chip is developed based on the control of every leak leakage signal of the state and strength through the I/O chip output; signal generator based on STM32F103ZET6, the output PWM signal, sine wave low-pass filter produced from target, finally through the amplifier output signal. In the operation of leakage the remote control software on the computer, based on the Windows operating system, using Visual Basic development tools, with remote control on-site leak signal and student score database management function. The remote control on-site leak signal is divided into random set and manually set the two functions; student achievement database management using Visual OLE management module the control of the Basic Excel form processing documents, implementation of student information management and record function.
