【摘要】：水平井是開發(fā)油氣田的一種有效手段,在水平井檢修的過程中常常要遇到壓井過程,為了能更好的發(fā)揮水平井高產(chǎn)的效果,因此在水平井壓井過程中,對壓井液的要求較高,遼河油田在水平井小修作業(yè)施工針對特殊的壓井液壓井的復(fù)雜問題、處理特殊工況有所欠缺,阻礙了水平井小修作業(yè)的進(jìn)行,因此針對在水平井小修作業(yè)遇到的壓井液問題開展研究。本課題主要是通過對歡喜嶺油田聯(lián)合站污水進(jìn)行處理或者增加添加劑,以污水為原液配制壓井液,減小污水對地層的傷害。通過對歡喜嶺油田聯(lián)合站污水的分析,包括化學(xué)成分對地層的傷害分析,污水懸浮顆粒分析對地層的傷害分析,以實(shí)驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),監(jiān)測各組分對地層的損害程度,針對損害成分的傷害機(jī)理添加合適的添加劑,到達(dá)減少傷害的目的。通過研究得出歡喜嶺油田污水中不溶性顆粒對地層傷害結(jié)論,針對污水進(jìn)入地層會(huì)對地層造成傷害的問題,減小污水顆粒對地層的傷害,減小了污水的濾失量。
[Abstract]:Horizontal well is an effective way to develop oil and gas field. In order to give full play to the high production effect of horizontal well, it is often encountered in the process of horizontal well maintenance. Liaohe oil field in horizontal wells minor repair operation in view of the complex problems of special hydraulic wells, the treatment of special conditions is deficient, hindering the horizontal wells minor repair operation. Therefore, the problem of drilling fluid in horizontal well minor repair operation is studied. This subject is mainly through the treatment of waste water of Huanxiling oilfield combined station or the addition of additives, with sewage as the original solution to prepare the well killing fluid. Through the analysis of waste water in Huanxiling oilfield combination station, including the chemical composition of the formation damage analysis, sewage suspended particle analysis to the formation damage analysis, based on the experiment. Monitoring the damage degree of each component to the formation and adding appropriate additives to the damage mechanism of the damage components. Through the research, the insoluble particles in the sewage of Huanxiling Oilfield will harm the formation, aiming at the problem that the sewage into the formation will cause damage to the formation, and reduce the damage of the sewage particles to the formation. The filtration amount of sewage is reduced.
