單齒高頻扭轉(zhuǎn)沖擊切削的破巖及提速機(jī)理

【摘要】:高頻扭轉(zhuǎn)沖擊鉆井作為一種新興鉆井技術(shù),由于其在硬地層鉆進(jìn)中具有顯著的提速效果以及能夠較好抑制黏滑振動(dòng)的發(fā)生而得到極大關(guān)注。但由于對(duì)其破巖機(jī)理以及提速機(jī)理認(rèn)識(shí)不夠清楚,使得高頻扭轉(zhuǎn)沖擊鉆井技術(shù)在推廣應(yīng)用時(shí)尚未發(fā)揮其最佳性能;谟邢拊ń⒘藛锡X扭轉(zhuǎn)沖擊切削巖石的擬三維數(shù)值仿真模型,研究了扭轉(zhuǎn)沖擊作用下鉆齒切削巖石過(guò)程中的裂紋擴(kuò)展、巖屑形成、損傷演化以及破巖比功等問題。研究結(jié)果表明:扭轉(zhuǎn)沖擊切削作用下巖石相比常規(guī)切削更易發(fā)生脆性破碎(體積破碎)形成大塊巖屑;扭轉(zhuǎn)沖擊切削作用下的破巖比功要明顯小于常規(guī)切削,且?guī)r石單元從損傷萌生到剛度完全退化的時(shí)間同樣要小于常規(guī)切削作用;在軟地層中扭轉(zhuǎn)沖擊切削幾乎沒有提速效果。研究結(jié)果可為扭轉(zhuǎn)沖擊器及鉆頭設(shè)計(jì)、鉆井參數(shù)優(yōu)選提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:High frequency torsional impact drilling is a new drilling technology. Due to its remarkable speed raising effect in hard formation drilling and its ability to restrain the occurrence of viscous slip vibration, great attention has been paid to it, but it is not clear about the mechanism of rock breaking and increasing speed. The high frequency torsional impact drilling technology has not played its best performance when it is popularized and applied. Based on the finite element method, the pseudo-three-dimensional numerical simulation model of single tooth torsional impact cutting rock is established. The crack propagation and cuttings formation in the process of cutting rock by drilling teeth under torsional impact are studied. The results show that the brittle breakage (volume breakage) of rock is more likely to occur in torsional impact cutting than that in conventional cutting. The specific work of rock breaking under torsional impact cutting is obviously smaller than that of conventional cutting, and the time from damage initiation to complete stiffness degradation of rock element is also smaller than that of conventional cutting. The research results can provide basis for the design of torsional percussors and bit and the optimum selection of drilling parameters.
