【摘要】:為了實現(xiàn)火驅(qū)開發(fā)過程中熄火油層再次燃燒,保障火驅(qū)開發(fā)效果,通過一系列室內(nèi)物理模擬實驗和油藏數(shù)值模擬計算,開展包括點火溫度、通風(fēng)強(qiáng)度、地下含油飽和度分布、結(jié)焦帶等影響二次點火的主控因素的研究,給出了合理的二次點火溫度和通風(fēng)強(qiáng)度的范圍,同時結(jié)合注氣井地下空氣腔規(guī)模給出了不同條件下啟動油層二次燃燒的點火策略.結(jié)果表明,電點火溫度應(yīng)控制在450℃以上,點火期間通風(fēng)強(qiáng)度應(yīng)維持在10 m~3/(m~2·h)以上,對于需要注燃料油進(jìn)行二次點火的注氣井,燃料油的用量不低于已燃區(qū)空氣腔體積的2/7.
[Abstract]:In order to realize flameout reservoir reburning in the process of fire drive development and ensure the development effect of fire drive, a series of indoor physical simulation experiments and reservoir numerical simulation were carried out, including ignition temperature and ventilation intensity. The distribution of oil saturation, coking zone and other main controlling factors affecting secondary ignition are studied. The reasonable range of secondary ignition temperature and ventilation strength is given. At the same time, combined with the size of underground air chamber in gas injection wells, the ignition strategy for starting secondary combustion of reservoir under different conditions is given. The results show that the electric ignition temperature should be controlled above 450 鈩,
