【摘要】:以乙二胺和丙烯酸甲酯為原料,采用逐代分步合成法合成2.0G樹枝狀底物,再通過環(huán)氧氯丙烷與羥值為60mgKOH/g的環(huán)氧乙烷環(huán)氧丙烷嵌段聚醚進(jìn)行擴鏈,制備一種新型多支化原油破乳劑。對合成的2.0G樹枝狀底物及破乳劑產(chǎn)品采用紅外及電位滴定方法進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)表征,并對破乳劑產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行破乳性能研究。結(jié)果表明:針對PL19-3 WHPD平臺模擬原油乳液,在溫度為50℃、所制備破乳劑投加量為90mg/L、脫水時間為30min時脫水率可達(dá)90%以上;模擬現(xiàn)場條件,與現(xiàn)場在用破乳劑相比,所制備破乳劑表現(xiàn)出更為優(yōu)異的破乳性能,經(jīng)處理后的脫出水中油的質(zhì)量濃度為20.3mg/L,油中水的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為不大于0.5%。
[Abstract]:2.0 G dendritic substrates were synthesized from ethylenediamine and methyl acrylate by step by generation method. Then the chain was expanded by epoxy chloropropane and ethylene oxide propylene oxide block polyether with a hydroxyl value of 60 mg Koh / g. A new multi-branched crude oil demulsifier was prepared. The synthesized 2.0G dendritic substrate and demulsifier were characterized by IR and potentiometric titration. The demulsifying properties of demulsifier products were studied. The results showed that the demulsifier dosage was 90 mg / L at the temperature of 50 鈩,
