【摘要】:隨著我國油田數(shù)字化逐步向智能化不斷邁進(jìn),基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的油氣生產(chǎn)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)已成為各大油田智能化建設(shè)的主要趨勢。數(shù)字化與智能化油田井場生產(chǎn)監(jiān)控的關(guān)鍵是井場數(shù)據(jù)采集、傳輸及控制,其核心是井場遠(yuǎn)程終端設(shè)備(RTU,Remote Terminal Unit)。因此,研制油井智能RTU在數(shù)字化與智能化油田監(jiān)控具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和應(yīng)用價值。針對數(shù)字化與智能化油田井場監(jiān)控技術(shù)特點(diǎn),結(jié)合遼河油田數(shù)字化井場監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目要求,對油田井場生產(chǎn)工藝與井場監(jiān)測設(shè)備以及數(shù)字化井場監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,確定油井智能RTU功能需求與技術(shù)指標(biāo)。研制以ARM嵌入式系統(tǒng)為核心的RTU,智能RTU具有主從站工作模式,通過ZigBee實(shí)現(xiàn)主從RTU多井自組網(wǎng)。硬件上,采用STM32F407ZET6、ZigBee與以太網(wǎng)通信模塊,進(jìn)行采集與控制電路、通信電路以及數(shù)據(jù)存儲電路設(shè)計(jì)。軟件上,采用移植UC/OS-II操作系統(tǒng),開發(fā)下行任務(wù)、上行任務(wù)、PC通信任務(wù)、數(shù)據(jù)存儲任務(wù)及智能報(bào)警及控制任務(wù)等子程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)A11-GRM協(xié)議的多端口通信。最后,進(jìn)行智能RTU的軟硬件調(diào)試與運(yùn)行測試,完成了智能RTU的應(yīng)用功能與效果分析。實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,油井智能RTU能夠準(zhǔn)確采集油井儀表數(shù)據(jù)并傳輸至生產(chǎn)監(jiān)控中心,實(shí)現(xiàn)了主從RTU多井自組網(wǎng)及A11-GRM協(xié)議的多端口通信,并支持故障報(bào)警及控制,在數(shù)字化與智能化油田井場監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮重要作用。
[Abstract]:As China's Digital Oilfield gradually to the intelligent monitoring system of developing, network of oil and gas production has become the main trend of major oil fields of intelligent building based on key digital and intelligent oil field production monitoring is the field data acquisition, transmission and control, whose core is the site of remote terminal (RTU, Remote, Terminal Unit). Therefore, the well developed intelligent RTU has important practical significance and application value in the digital and intelligent oil monitoring. According to the digital and intelligent oil well monitoring technology, combined with the project of digital well monitoring system in Liaohe Oilfield, the oil field production process and site monitoring equipment and digital well monitoring system was analyzed and determined wells intelligent RTU functional requirements and technical indicators. Using ARM as the core of the embedded system RTU, intelligent RTU has subordinate station work mode Type, through the realization of ZigBee master-slave RTU multi well ad hoc network. The hardware, using STM32F407ZET6, ZigBee and Ethernet communication module, acquisition and control circuit, communication circuit, data storage circuit design. Software, the transplant UC/OS-II operating system, development of downward, upward, PC communication tasks, tasks of data storage and intelligent alarm the task and control subroutine, multi port communication A11-GRM protocol. Finally, the debugging and running test of hardware and software of intelligent RTU, completed the analysis of application of intelligent RTU function and effect. The practical application shows that RTU can accurately collect wells wells intelligent instrument and transmit data to the production monitoring center, multi port communication is realized RTU master-slave multi well network and A11-GRM protocol, and support fault alarm and control, play an important role in the field of monitoring system for the digital and intelligent oilfield.
