【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家對(duì)綠色新興能源應(yīng)用的大力推廣,近兩年中國(guó)天然氣尤其是LNG市場(chǎng)呈爆發(fā)式增長(zhǎng),直接導(dǎo)致對(duì)LNG儲(chǔ)罐等深冷容器的旺盛需求。因LNG儲(chǔ)罐制造門(mén)檻不是很高,很多傳統(tǒng)壓力容器生產(chǎn)企業(yè)紛紛介入LNG儲(chǔ)罐的生產(chǎn)制造,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)非常激烈,成本壓力凸顯,僅依靠生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的精細(xì)化成本控制已不能滿足市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的需要。LNG儲(chǔ)罐由內(nèi)外筒組成,按照常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì),僅內(nèi)筒體所用奧氏體不銹鋼板材料費(fèi)就占據(jù)整臺(tái)儲(chǔ)罐成本的35%,所以在滿足安全性能的前提下,關(guān)鍵是實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)筒輕量化。而采用室溫應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化技術(shù)是近年應(yīng)用在奧氏體不銹鋼板提高屈服強(qiáng)度、減薄壁厚、降低成本、增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的最有效手段之一。然而,應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化技術(shù)的應(yīng)用是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的過(guò)程。應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化技術(shù)在國(guó)外應(yīng)用雖然日趨成熟,但國(guó)內(nèi)應(yīng)用該技術(shù)尚處于起步階段,案例不多,尤其是應(yīng)用應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化技術(shù)前后對(duì)LNG儲(chǔ)罐成本具體影響的研究也較少。本文將結(jié)合該技術(shù)首次在XX公司60m3LNG儲(chǔ)罐項(xiàng)目上的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,通過(guò)對(duì)應(yīng)用該技術(shù)前后的實(shí)際成本進(jìn)行比較分析,探討該技術(shù)在成本管理控制上所起到的積極作用,以及應(yīng)用過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的障礙與問(wèn)題,然后提出改進(jìn)措施和注意事項(xiàng),為該技術(shù)在其它類似產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目管理上的應(yīng)用起到降低成本的積極引導(dǎo)作用,有助于提高企業(yè)績(jī)效和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,并為實(shí)施該技術(shù)企業(yè)的成本管理控制提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of green and emerging energy application, the natural gas market in China, especially the LNG market, has been exploding in the past two years. Because the manufacturing threshold of LNG storage tanks is not very high, many traditional pressure vessel manufacturers have been involved in the production and manufacture of LNG storage tanks. The market competition is very intense, the cost pressure is prominent, only rely on the fine cost control in the production process can not meet the needs of the market competition. LNG storage tank is composed of inner and outer barrel, according to the conventional design. The material cost of austenitic stainless steel plate used in the inner cylinder alone accounts for 35% of the cost of the whole tank, so the safety performance is satisfied. The key is to lighten the inner cylinder, and the room temperature strain strengthening technique is used in recent years to improve the yield strength, reduce the thickness of the wall and reduce the cost of austenitic stainless steel plate. One of the most effective means to enhance market competitiveness. However, the application of strain strengthening technology is a complex process. Strain strengthening technology is becoming more and more mature in foreign countries. However, the domestic application of the technology is still in its infancy, and there are few cases. Especially the application of strain strengthening technology before and after the specific research on the cost of LNG storage tank is less. This paper will be combined with this technology in XX company 60m3 LNG tank project practical application for the first time. Through the comparative analysis of the actual cost before and after the application of the technology, this paper discusses the positive role of the technology in cost management and control, as well as the obstacles and problems in the process of application. Then put forward the improvement measures and points for attention for the application of this technology in other similar products project management to play an active role in reducing costs to help improve enterprise performance and market competitiveness. And provides the reference and the reference for the implementation of the technology enterprise cost management control.
