【摘要】:淮安儲氣庫、楚州儲氣庫等西氣東輸外圍儲氣庫純鹽段厚度較小,若建庫采用常規(guī)直井單腔造腔工藝,則必須鉆深井連通不同深度的鹽層。隨鉆井深度的增加,儲氣壓力升高,地溫升高,投資增加,蠕變效應也將增加。而采用水平造腔技術(shù),可以在淺層選擇相對較厚的純鹽段建造水平腔,從而最大化地利用鹽巖體積。通過對水平造腔工藝、水平鹽腔穩(wěn)定性以及經(jīng)濟性進行分析,論證了水平造腔技術(shù)在中國的可行性。結(jié)果表明:水平造腔成本較小,且腔體穩(wěn)定性能夠滿足注采運行條件,但是腔體形狀的控制與檢測尚存在一定困難,可以通過開展水平造腔試驗和調(diào)整聲吶參數(shù)確定腔體形狀控制方法,并精確檢測腔體形狀。

With the increase of drilling depth, gas pressure, temperature and investment increase, the creep effect will also be the level of increase. The cavity making technology, can build a horizontal cavity in the pure salt shallow choice is relatively thick, so as to maximize the use of salt rock volume. The horizontal cavity making process, analyze the level of salt cavity stability and economic feasibility, level of cavity making technology in Chinese. Results show that the level of the cavity and the cavity stability cost, can meet the injection operation conditions, but the control and detection of cavity shape is difficult, can carry out horizontal cavity test and adjust the parameters of Sonar Cavity Shape Control Method, and accurately detect the shape of the cavity.
