【摘要】:本課題是在遼河油田超稠油生產(chǎn)井原油物性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,研發(fā)一種具有耐高溫、低表面張力和快速滲透等特點(diǎn)的超稠油生產(chǎn)井降粘助排劑,并通過完善降粘助排劑配套施工工藝,改善遼河油田超稠油生產(chǎn)井開發(fā)效果,對(duì)同類超稠油油藏的開發(fā)具有重要的實(shí)踐意義和指導(dǎo)作用。本文通過復(fù)配非離子表面活性劑、陰離子表面活性劑、混合型表面活性劑、快速滲透劑等,研發(fā)了一種新型的降粘助排劑。該降粘助排劑具有優(yōu)良的耐溫、乳化性能,能夠滿足超稠油蒸汽吞吐開發(fā)需要;同時(shí)該降粘助排劑還具有改變地層巖石潤濕性的功能,有利于油井的后續(xù)開發(fā),不會(huì)對(duì)后續(xù)集輸脫水造成影響,可通過實(shí)施泡沫調(diào)剖工藝,來改善水平段吸汽不均的矛盾。室內(nèi)評(píng)價(jià)試驗(yàn)和動(dòng)態(tài)管道流動(dòng)模擬試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,其性能指標(biāo)均滿足遼河油田超稠油生產(chǎn)井降粘助排要求。降粘助排劑技術(shù)指標(biāo):耐溫性-300℃,粘度(30℃):50-100mPa.s,表面張力≤28mN/m(30℃,0.5%水溶液),降粘率≥95%(300℃,24h后,0.5%水溶液),發(fā)泡體積≥500ml (100ml 0.5%的水溶液)。截止2015年3月為止,該降粘助排劑已進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)95井次,使用后油井回采水率大幅提高,累計(jì)增油1.08萬噸。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of crude oil physical properties of super heavy oil production wells in Liaohe Oilfield, a viscosity reducing and drainage agent is developed for super heavy oil production wells with the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low surface tension and rapid permeability. And through perfecting the matching construction technology of viscosity reducing and drainage agent, improving the development effect of super heavy oil production well in Liaohe Oilfield. In this paper, Nonionic surfactants, anionic surfactants, mixed surfactants, rapid permeators, etc. A new viscosity reducing and drainage aid has been developed, which has excellent temperature resistance and emulsification performance, and can meet the needs of steam huff and puff development of super heavy oil. At the same time, it has the function of changing the wettability of formation rock, which is beneficial to the subsequent development of oil wells, and will not affect the subsequent gathering and transportation dehydration. Therefore, the foam profile control process can be implemented. Indoor evaluation test and dynamic pipeline flow simulation test results show that. The performance indexes all meet the requirements of viscosity reduction and drainage in the production wells of super heavy oil in Liaohe Oilfield.
