【摘要】:以神華煤直接液化殘?jiān)魇先軇┨菁?jí)萃取分別得到的重油(HS)、瀝青烯(AS)和前瀝青烯(PA)作為改性劑,對(duì)石油瀝青進(jìn)行改性,探究改性劑的摻混量對(duì)石油瀝青性能的影響及其改性機(jī)制。研究表明:當(dāng)HS作為改性劑時(shí),最佳摻混量為1%;當(dāng)AS作為改性劑時(shí),最佳摻混量為4%;PA作為改性劑時(shí)得到的改性瀝青,針入度和延度不能同時(shí)符合美國(guó)ASTM D5710—95標(biāo)準(zhǔn)40~55針入度的指標(biāo)要求;HS和AS改性瀝青與石油瀝青相比在2924cm~( 1)及2847cm~( 1)處的—CH2—的伸縮振動(dòng)吸收峰強(qiáng)度變?nèi)?在改性過程中可能發(fā)生了烷基側(cè)鏈脫氫反應(yīng);改性瀝青與石油瀝青的熱失重相比,其最終失重溫度都有所提高,當(dāng)AS作為改性劑、加入量為4%時(shí)改性瀝青最終失重溫度提高最大為11℃;隨著改性劑分子量的增大,其熒光顯微鏡圖片中的熒光物質(zhì)會(huì)越來越多,顆粒逐漸增大。
[Abstract]:The bitumen was modified with heavy oil (HSN), asphaltene (ASA) and pre-asphaltene (PAA), which were obtained by step extraction with Soxhlet solvent from direct liquefaction residuals of Shenhua coal as modifiers. The effects of modifier on the performance of petroleum asphalt and its modification mechanism were investigated. The results showed that the optimum blending amount was 1 when HS was used as modifier; When as is used as modifier, the optimum blending amount is 4. The penetration and ductility of modified asphalt obtained by PA as modifier can not meet the requirements of 4055 penetration of ASTM D5710-95 standard. Compared with petroleum asphalt, HS and as modified asphalt have weaker absorption peak intensity of -CH2- at 2924 cm ~ (-1) and 2847 cm ~ (-1). The alkyl side chain dehydrogenation may take place during the modification process. Compared with the thermal weight loss of petroleum asphalt, the final weight loss temperature of modified asphalt is increased. When as is used as modifier, the final weight loss temperature of modified asphalt is increased to 11 鈩,
