【摘要】：隨著我國工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化及城鎮(zhèn)一體化進程的不斷加快,能源消耗急劇增長,環(huán)保壓力不斷增大,天然氣作為清潔能源,其發(fā)展日益受到重視。為了實現(xiàn)構建和諧社會及可持續(xù)發(fā)展等宏觀目標,國家將大力發(fā)展天然氣等清潔能源作為一項長期的能源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,相關鼓勵政策陸續(xù)出臺,西氣東輸、中緬天然氣管線、新粵浙線陸續(xù)實施,我國天然氣市場將迎來資源大量引進、市場不斷拓展、管網(wǎng)覆蓋不斷密集的發(fā)展高峰。HJ公司作為河南中部平頂山、漯河兩地區(qū)的重要管輸企業(yè),要想抓住機遇、迎接挑戰(zhàn)、在競爭中求得發(fā)展,需要制定新的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,進行積極的戰(zhàn)略轉型,才能保持并發(fā)展下游市場,在平舞漯地區(qū)站穩(wěn)腳跟,贏得發(fā)展。本文通過對HJ公司的全面分析和研究,目的就是為了為企業(yè)找到新形勢下的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,為企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展鋪平道路。論文首先分析了企業(yè)的外部環(huán)境,剖析了當前國內天然氣大發(fā)展時期天然氣行業(yè)的發(fā)展特征、所處環(huán)境及競爭態(tài)勢。其次,分析了企業(yè)的內部環(huán)境,從公司的管理、業(yè)務、財力、技術、人力等方面,分析了企業(yè)的運營能力和掌控資源,提出了企業(yè)的核心競爭力及其構建模型。再次,利用SWOT分析法,對公司發(fā)展所具備的競爭優(yōu)劣勢以及面臨的新機遇和新挑戰(zhàn)進行了深入研究,在此基礎上,有針對性的提出了公司在新形勢下的具體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后,結合企業(yè)的管理實際、資源配置情況和業(yè)務發(fā)展方向等基礎信息,分析研究并確定了公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施方案。本文認為,在當前我國大力引進天然氣資源、積極發(fā)展利用天然氣的大背景下,公司所處的天然氣輸配行業(yè)迎來了歷史的大好機遇,同時又在競爭與發(fā)展中面臨著復雜嚴峻的各種挑戰(zhàn)。企業(yè)應充分利用當前的大好機遇,認真分析研究新形勢下的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,加強核心競爭力,充分發(fā)揮自身資源充足、管理高效、技術專業(yè)等突出優(yōu)勢,做強做大主業(yè),促進企業(yè)持續(xù)、健康、快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrial modernization and urban integration in China, energy consumption is increasing rapidly, environmental pressure is increasing, natural gas as a clean energy. In order to achieve the goal of building a harmonious society and sustainable development, the country will vigorously develop clean energy such as natural gas as a long-term energy development strategy. Relevant incentive policies have been issued, West-to-East gas transmission, Sino-Myanmar natural gas pipeline, New Yue-Zhejiang line one after another, our natural gas market will ushered in a large number of resources, the market continues to expand. As an important pipeline transportation enterprise in Pingdingshan and Luohe areas in central Henan Province, HJ Company, which covers the continuous dense development peak, wants to seize the opportunity, meet the challenge and develop in the competition. Need to formulate a new development strategy, active strategic transformation, in order to maintain and develop the downstream market, in the Pingwu Luo area to gain a foothold, win development. This article through the HJ company's comprehensive analysis and research. The purpose is to find out the development strategy under the new situation and pave the way for the sustainable development of the enterprise. Firstly, the paper analyzes the external environment of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the development characteristics, environment and competition situation of the natural gas industry in the period of the great development of domestic natural gas. Secondly, it analyzes the internal environment of the enterprise, from the management, business, financial resources and technology of the company. In terms of manpower, this paper analyzes the operation ability and control resources of the enterprise, and puts forward the core competitiveness of the enterprise and its construction model. Thirdly, using the SWOT analysis method. The competitive advantages and disadvantages of the development of the company, as well as the new opportunities and challenges faced by the in-depth study, on the basis of this, targeted to put forward the specific development strategy under the new situation. Combined with the actual management of enterprises, resource allocation and business development direction and other basic information, this paper analyzes and determines the implementation plan of the company's development strategy. This paper argues that the introduction of natural gas resources in China. Under the background of positive development and utilization of natural gas, the company's natural gas transportation and distribution industry ushered in a great opportunity in history. At the same time, in the process of competition and development, enterprises are faced with complicated and severe challenges. Enterprises should make full use of the current excellent opportunities, seriously analyze and study the development strategy under the new situation, and strengthen the core competitiveness. Give full play to their own resources, efficient management, technical expertise and other outstanding advantages, to strengthen the main industry, to promote sustainable, healthy and rapid development of enterprises.
