【摘要】:杏子川采油廠長期存在著套管腐蝕的問題。近年來,由于油田的持續(xù)開采和注水力度的增大,使得油井產(chǎn)出液綜合含水率逐年升高,部分油井超過90%,井下套管腐蝕現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,對油田的正常生產(chǎn)和安全造成了巨大威脅。因此,有必要對杏子川采油廠J55套管的腐蝕因素、腐蝕機(jī)理和腐蝕規(guī)律進(jìn)行全面的分析和研究,并提出適用現(xiàn)場實際的腐蝕防護(hù)措施。 針對杏子川采油廠J55套管腐蝕嚴(yán)重的問題,選取了不同區(qū)塊共13口油井作為研究對象。通過水質(zhì)分析、腐蝕產(chǎn)物形貌和組成分析后發(fā)現(xiàn)CO2和H2S是J55套管腐蝕的主要原因,另外,Cl-、 HCO3-和SRB等對套管腐蝕也有重要影響。因此,對C02、H2S和SRB的腐蝕機(jī)理進(jìn)行了研究,并采用靜態(tài)失重法和電化學(xué)方法研究了溫度、Cl-離子濃度、HC03-離子濃度、Ca2+和Mg2+離子濃度、pH和時間對J55鋼腐蝕的作用規(guī)律,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)不同腐蝕影響因素的作用規(guī)律都有其各自的特征。 結(jié)合杏子川采油廠現(xiàn)場實際,選用了油田常用的10種緩蝕劑進(jìn)行篩選,并對初選劑進(jìn)行了復(fù)配以提高緩蝕效果。實驗發(fā)現(xiàn)油酸基咪唑啉KLYS-A和咪唑啉季銨鹽CRS2-7按體積比3比1復(fù)配后,在投加量120ppm時靜態(tài)失重實驗緩蝕率可達(dá)90%以上,經(jīng)成膜性能和電化學(xué)測試,復(fù)配緩蝕劑都具有良好的緩蝕效果。利用雷諾相似的原理制定了動態(tài)實驗方案,設(shè)計了實驗裝置,研究了動態(tài)條件下溫度和流速對復(fù)配緩蝕劑緩蝕率的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)動態(tài)條件下復(fù)配緩蝕劑的緩蝕率較低,這與動態(tài)時介質(zhì)對試片表面緩蝕劑保護(hù)膜的破壞有關(guān)。對現(xiàn)場王214-5井投加復(fù)配緩蝕劑后,發(fā)現(xiàn)腐蝕速率和鐵離子濃度都明顯減小,J55套管得到了良好的保護(hù)。
[Abstract]:Apricots Sichuan oil extraction plant long-term existence of casing corrosion problems. In recent years, due to the continuous increase oil production and water injection intensity, the oil output liquid water rate increased year by year, more than 90% wells, downhole casing corrosion phenomenon is serious, a huge threat to the safety and normal production of oilfield. Therefore, it is necessary to corrosion the factors of xingzichuan oil production plant of J55 casing, comprehensive analysis and Research on corrosion mechanism and law, and put forward the practical corrosion protection measures for the scene.
The apricots Sichuan oil extraction plant J55 casing corrosion serious problem, select a different block 13 wells as the research object. Through the analysis of water quality, corrosion morphology and composition analysis revealed that CO2 and H2S are the main reasons of casing corrosion in J55, Cl-, HCO3- and SRB on casing corrosion has important effect. Therefore, the C02 corrosion mechanism of H2S and SRB were studied, and the temperature was studied by static weight loss method and electrochemical method, Cl- concentration, HC03- concentration, Ca2+ and Mg2+ concentrations, pH rule and time on the corrosion of J55 steel, the research discovered the law of the effect of different corrosion factors are the features of their own.
Combining with the actual apricots Sichuan oil extraction plant, the oil commonly used 10 kinds of inhibitors were screened, and the primary agent was mixed to improve the inhibition effect. The experimental results showed that oleic acid imidazoline KLYS-A and imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt CRS2-7 according to the volume ratio of 3 to 1 respectively, when the dosage of 120ppm when the static weight loss test corrosion corrosion rate is above 90%, the film-forming properties and electrochemical test, the inhibitor has good corrosion inhibition effect. Using the principle of similar Reynolds developed dynamic experiment scheme, experimental device design, studied under dynamic conditions of temperature and flow rate on the rate of corrosion inhibitor. The study found that dynamic under the condition of the inhibitor the corrosion inhibition rate is low, and the dynamic media on specimen surface corrosion inhibitor film damage. The king of 214-5 wells adding inhibitor, found that the corrosion rate and iron ion concentration are obvious Reduced, the J55 casing has been well protected.
