【摘要】:當(dāng)前油田計(jì)量間內(nèi)存在著設(shè)備可靠性低,可維護(hù)性差,并且計(jì)量間內(nèi)采集的數(shù)據(jù)開放性不夠、數(shù)據(jù)不能共享等方面的問題。大多數(shù)油田有十多個計(jì)量間,而且大都離控制中心很遠(yuǎn),工作人員每天都要對油的溫度、濃度、壓力等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行多次采集,浪費(fèi)人力和物力,也不能及時解決油田計(jì)量間內(nèi)出現(xiàn)的故障問題。因此,結(jié)合油田計(jì)量間的當(dāng)前發(fā)展與分析應(yīng)用需求的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)油田計(jì)量間數(shù)據(jù)采集和遠(yuǎn)程控制的設(shè)計(jì)要求,設(shè)計(jì)了基于KINGVIEW6.55的油田計(jì)量間數(shù)據(jù)采集與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)選用西門子S7-200PLC進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場控制,應(yīng)用KingView6.55組態(tài)軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)組態(tài)。系統(tǒng)主要選用智能儀表、壓力傳感器、流量傳感器等對油田計(jì)量間現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集,選用西門子S7-200PLC和EM235數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊對采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,建立下位機(jī)PLC與上位機(jī)組態(tài)王間的通信,應(yīng)用組態(tài)軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)油田計(jì)量間實(shí)時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)組態(tài)。系統(tǒng)組態(tài)過程中,創(chuàng)建系統(tǒng)控制界面和計(jì)量間控制的實(shí)時模擬現(xiàn)場,系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)的顯示與查詢、報警查詢、歷史數(shù)據(jù)查詢,創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)庫以及建立系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的日、月、年報表等,實(shí)現(xiàn)各個組態(tài)畫面之間可實(shí)現(xiàn)切換。油田計(jì)量間油量采油量計(jì)量采用多通閥計(jì)量控制的分段計(jì)量,通過多通閥的閥門之間的切換實(shí)現(xiàn)六口油井采油量的計(jì)量。由PLC控制器控制恒速電動機(jī)驅(qū)動閥門隔離管道段或開啟管道段的油道,用PLC控制每個泵以及閥門的啟停。組態(tài)王畫面實(shí)時顯示油道內(nèi)油的流動、油罐內(nèi)油液位的變化狀況,并可遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控泵的工作、閥門的啟停。該系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了油田計(jì)量間自動數(shù)據(jù)采集和動態(tài)遠(yuǎn)程管理,簡化了生產(chǎn)流程和油田計(jì)量方式,有效地提高了油田計(jì)量間油的開發(fā)管理水平,為油田計(jì)量間油的開采一體化信息管理有很好的推動作用
[Abstract]:The current oil metering room within the equipment, low reliability, poor maintainability, openness and measurement data collected enough data can be shared and other issues. Most of the oil fields with more than 10 measurement, and most of them are far away from the control center, the staff every day for the oil temperature, concentration, pressure etc. data were collected many times, a waste of human and material resources, also can not solve the failure problems in Oilfield Metering. Therefore, based on the current development of oil field measurement and analysis of application requirements, according to the design requirements of oil field measurement data acquisition and remote control, the design of oil metering between KINGVIEW6.55 and data acquisition based on the monitoring system. This system adopts SIEMENS S7-200PLC control, using KingView6.55 configuration software to realize system configuration. The system mainly uses the intelligent instruments, pressure sensing Is the flow sensor to collect the oil field data measurement, using SIEMENS S7-200PLC and EM235 data processing module to process the data, establish communication PLC communicates with the PC configuration king between the application of configuration software to realize real-time monitoring and control system in Oilfield Metering configuration. The configuration of the system in the process of creating a real-time control system the scene simulation interface and measurement control system, can realize the display and query, data query and alarm, historical data query, database creation and the establishment of system data, monthly, annual report, to achieve between the various configuration screen switch can be realized. The amount of oil between the oil metering metering valve with oil metering control the piecewise measurement, realize the measurement of oil extraction volume six by switching between the valve. The valve is controlled by PLC controller with constant speed motor driven valve isolation The pipe section of the pipeline section or open oil channel, PLC is used to control the start and stop of each pump and valves. The picture display in Kingview oil oil flow, changes in the oil level in the tank, and remote monitoring of pump, valve start and stop. The system realizes the automatic data acquisition field measurement dynamic and remote management, simplify the production process and oil metering method, effectively improves the measurement of oil oilfield development and management level, the integration of information management for the exploitation of oil metering oil has a very good role in promoting
