【摘要】:到目前為止,我國大部分油田已經(jīng)進入開采中后期,油田含水率逐年升高,大量的水無效循環(huán),導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)成本增加,浪費大量資源和能源,嚴重影響油田開發(fā)經(jīng)濟效益。隨著油田的開發(fā),常規(guī)水驅(qū)開發(fā)方式已經(jīng)不能夠滿足生產(chǎn)要求,并且水驅(qū)開采后儲層內(nèi)存在大量的剩余油區(qū)塊,嚴重影響產(chǎn)油量。本論文研究CO_2驅(qū)油開發(fā)方式,以國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀為理論基礎(chǔ),以吉林油田CO_2驅(qū)區(qū)塊為研究對象,通過室內(nèi)實驗和現(xiàn)場檢測的方法,對二氧化驅(qū)采出液性質(zhì)、伴生氣組分、集輸系統(tǒng)能耗、氣液分離系統(tǒng)、計量間、脫水設(shè)備和污水處理系統(tǒng)等參數(shù)進行測試研究,并將各項參數(shù)與水驅(qū)進行比較,分析其驅(qū)替優(yōu)勢。采用CO_2驅(qū)油方式不僅增加了原油的采收率,而且還減少了空氣中二氧化碳的含量,減小溫室效應(yīng),減緩全球氣候變暖。二氧化碳的有效利用,減少二氧化碳處理費用,為全球環(huán)境做出了突出貢獻。將CO_2注入油田提高原油采收率是石油工業(yè)的一項成熟技術(shù),同時又實現(xiàn)了CO_2的地下埋存。但是由于二氧化碳的注入會導(dǎo)致采出液的性質(zhì)發(fā)生較大的變化,將會影響采出液凝點、粘度、密度以及活性組分含量,使流體的流動性能因活性組分的變化而發(fā)生改變。因此,為研究其變化規(guī)律,對二氧化碳驅(qū)采出液物性進行分類研究。結(jié)合吉林油田二氧化碳驅(qū)采出流體集輸系統(tǒng)及二氧化碳循環(huán)利用系統(tǒng)運行現(xiàn)狀,進行二氧化碳驅(qū)油試驗研究,對比分析集輸系統(tǒng)和循環(huán)利用系統(tǒng)效率,包括CO_2驅(qū)采出流體的組分變化、物性變化規(guī)律,與水驅(qū)相比給出二者的變化量和變化曲線,并判斷二氧化碳驅(qū)油的適用性。
[Abstract]:So far, most oilfields in China have entered the middle and late mining, oil water ratio increased year by year, invalid circulation of a large amount of water, resulting in increased production costs, waste a lot of resources and energy, seriously affect the economic benefit of oil field development. With the development of oil fields, conventional water flooding has not been able to meet the production requirements, and water flooding there are a lot of residual oil reservoir exploitation, serious impact on oil production. This paper studies CO_2 flooding development mode, the research status at home and abroad based on the theory of CO_2 flooding block in Jilin oilfield as the research object, the detection method of laboratory experiment and field, the two oxidation properties of producedfluid flooding and gas component, the gathering system of energy consumption, the gas-liquid separation system, measurement, test of dewatering equipment and sewage disposal system parameters, and the parameters were compared with water flooding, analyze the flooding For advantage. CO_2 flooding not only increased the oil recovery efficiency, but also reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the air and reduce the greenhouse effect, slow down global warming. The effective use of carbon dioxide, carbon dioxide, reduce processing costs, has made outstanding contributions to the global environment. CO_2 was injected into the oil to enhance oil recovery of oil industry is a mature technology, and realize CO_2 underground storage. But due to the injection of carbon dioxide will cause the produced fluid properties change greatly, will affect the produced liquid condensation point, viscosity, density and content of active components, due to changes of active components and the change of fluid flow properties. Therefore, in order to study the variation of carbon dioxide flooding of Jilin oilfield. Combining with the classification of carbon dioxide flooding fluid gathering system and carbon dioxide recycling With the system operation situation, the oil test study of carbon dioxide flooding, comparative analysis of the gathering system and recycling efficiency of the system, including the CO_2 flooding fluid composition changes, the rules change, variation and variation curve and water flooding are presented and compared with the two, and determine the applicability of two carbon dioxide flooding.
