響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化硫酸催化制備生物柴油的工藝研究

【摘要】:以濃硫酸為催化劑,油酸為原料模型物,與甲醇酯化反應(yīng)制備生物柴油。通過(guò)分析反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、醇油物質(zhì)的量比、催化劑用量對(duì)油酸轉(zhuǎn)化率的影響,并利用響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化了生物柴油的制備工藝。結(jié)果表明:隨著反應(yīng)溫度的升高,油酸轉(zhuǎn)化率不斷增加,當(dāng)反應(yīng)溫度達(dá)到70℃時(shí),油酸轉(zhuǎn)化率變化不大;油酸轉(zhuǎn)化率隨著濃H2SO4催化劑用量的增加而增加,當(dāng)催化劑增加量是油酸質(zhì)量的2%時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)化率接近最大;隨著反應(yīng)時(shí)間的增加,油酸轉(zhuǎn)化率逐漸提高,當(dāng)反應(yīng)4 h后,油酸轉(zhuǎn)化率趨于穩(wěn)定;醇油物質(zhì)的量比的不斷增加促使油酸轉(zhuǎn)化率不斷升高,當(dāng)醇油比為8∶1時(shí),反應(yīng)趨于平緩。通過(guò)Design Expert 8.0分析軟件,對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,得出油酸轉(zhuǎn)化率(Y)與各單因素之間的響應(yīng)面回歸數(shù)學(xué)模型,確定了最佳工藝條件為:時(shí)間3.77 h、溫度68.83℃、催化劑4.21%、醇油物質(zhì)的量比9.26∶1,預(yù)測(cè)轉(zhuǎn)化率98.26%。
[Abstract]:Biodiesel was prepared by esterification of oleic acid with methanol using concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst and oleic acid as raw material. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, ratio of alcohol to oil, amount of catalyst on conversion of oleic acid were analyzed. The reaction surface method was used to optimize the preparation process of biodiesel. The results showed that the conversion rate of oleic acid increased with the increase of reaction temperature, and the conversion rate of oleic acid changed little when the reaction temperature reached 70 鈩,
