【摘要】：針對油田在用數(shù)字化抽油機存在自平衡范圍小,手動補充平衡塊調(diào)整不及時,造成抽油機經(jīng)常處于不平衡狀態(tài),以及游梁尾部太長引起的整機穩(wěn)定性較差和故障多等缺陷。研制了一種新型電動平衡調(diào)節(jié)裝置,其安裝在數(shù)字化抽油機不受平衡重沖擊力的部位,僅傳遞轉矩,且結構簡單、工作可靠、無易損件。該裝置的內(nèi)部設有調(diào)節(jié)平衡范圍的放大機構,避免了人工手動調(diào)整的弊端,可滿足抽油機額定載荷50%~100%的平衡能力。經(jīng)過近2a的運轉試驗,抽油機的平衡度始終保持在90%~110%,工作可靠。應用該裝置設計的大擺角抽油機結構緊湊、后臂短、穩(wěn)定性好、可靠性高;還可對油田在用常規(guī)抽油機進行數(shù)字化改造,使其實現(xiàn)數(shù)字化抽油機的功能,具有較好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。
[Abstract]:In view of the small self-balance range of digital pumping units in use in oil fields and the untimely adjustment of manual supplementary balancing blocks, the pumping units are often in unbalanced state. As well as the defects such as poor stability and many faults caused by the too long end of the beam, a new type of electric balancing and regulating device is developed, which is installed in the position where the digital pumping unit is not subjected to balanced heavy impact and only transmits torque. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and no easily damaged parts. The inside of the device is equipped with a magnifying mechanism to adjust the balance range, thus avoiding the drawback of manual adjustment. It can satisfy the balance ability of the pumping unit with rated load of 50% and 100%. After nearly 2 years of operation test, the balance of the pumping unit has been kept at 90% and 110%. The large swing angle pumping unit designed by this device has the advantages of compact structure, short rear arm, good stability and high reliability. The conventional pumping unit can also be digitally reformed to realize the function of the digital pumping unit, which has good economic and social benefits.
