低濃度香豆膠硼交聯(lián)體系研究及應用

【摘要】:壓裂液是保證油田增產(chǎn)增注,保障壓裂施工成功進行的關鍵所在,關系著壓裂成本和壓裂施工的成敗,因此研究并開發(fā)滿足油氣田開發(fā)需要的低濃度壓裂液體系具有重要的研究意義和實用價值。本文在研究有機硼交聯(lián)劑與香豆膠交聯(lián)機理的基礎上,合成了中高溫地層香豆膠專用有機硼交聯(lián)劑OB-90,將響應面法應用于有機硼香豆膠體系優(yōu)化,采用中心復合設計法,以香豆膠濃度、交聯(lián)劑濃度、溫度為考察指標,對實驗獲得的數(shù)據(jù)進行多元線性回歸,同時用建立的回歸模型進行優(yōu)化,選取較低濃度的香豆膠壓裂液體系并驗證。優(yōu)選并評價了助排劑和粘土穩(wěn)定劑的性能后,形成中高溫地層有機硼低濃度香豆膠壓裂液體系,對體系的流變性能、濾失性能、破膠性能以及配伍性進行測試。具體結論如下:1.合成了香豆膠專用有機硼交聯(lián)劑OB-90,使用該有機硼交聯(lián)劑制備0.4%、常規(guī)香豆膠壓裂液最高耐溫可達135℃,在80℃、170s-1下剪切60 min后,凍膠粘度保持在250mPa·s。2.基于CCD法得出優(yōu)化配方,在80~120℃下,香豆膠加量為0.175%~0.35%,經(jīng)170s-1(包括1000 s-1下高速剪切2min)剪切95min后的凍膠黏度約為52 mPa·s~154 mPa·s。結果表明,該方法預測性良好,優(yōu)化出的低濃度香豆膠體系具有良好的耐溫耐剪切性。3.耐中高溫有機硼低濃度香豆膠壓裂液凍膠的流變性能與濾失性能均滿足標準要求,加入助排劑可以有效降低破膠液的表面張力,破膠殘渣較常規(guī)香豆膠配方降低了42%,可大大減少壓裂液破膠液對儲層的傷害,破膠液與地層流體配伍,混合無沉淀,無絮凝,破乳率在95%以上。
[Abstract]:Fracturing fluid is the key to ensure oil field increase production and increase injection and ensure the success of fracturing operation. It is related to the cost of fracturing and the success or failure of fracturing operation. Therefore, it is of great significance and practical value to study and develop fracturing fluids with low concentration to meet the needs of oil and gas field development. This paper studies the mechanism of crosslinking of organic boron crosslinker and coumarin. The special organic boron crosslinking agent OB-90 for medium and high temperature formation was synthesized. The response surface method was applied to optimize the organic boron bean gum system. The central composite design method was used to determine the concentration of coumarin and crosslinking agent. Temperature is used as the index of investigation, the data obtained from the experiment are regressed by multivariate linear regression, and the established regression model is used to optimize the model. Select and verify the fracturing fluid system with lower concentration of Xiangbean gum. After selecting and evaluating the properties of drainage aid and clay stabilizer, the fracturing fluid system of organic boron and low concentration coumarin is formed, and the rheological properties of the fracturing fluid are obtained. The properties of filtration, gel breaking and compatibility were tested. The specific conclusions are as follows: 1.
