【摘要】：石油化工企業(yè)靜設(shè)備的失效問題一直是制約石化行業(yè)發(fā)展的棘手問題。通過分析石化企業(yè)靜設(shè)備的失效現(xiàn)狀和維修手段,并借鑒動(dòng)設(shè)備常用檢測(cè)維修技術(shù),綜合其他行業(yè)狀態(tài)檢測(cè)維修案例,構(gòu)建出適合石化企業(yè)靜設(shè)備的狀態(tài)檢測(cè)維修系統(tǒng)。用現(xiàn)代設(shè)備檢測(cè)技術(shù)代替人工的點(diǎn)檢,通過外部檢測(cè)設(shè)備或嵌入式傳感器獲取靜設(shè)備的狀態(tài)信息,結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)用數(shù)學(xué)模型來反映靜設(shè)備的損傷狀態(tài),達(dá)到實(shí)時(shí)反饋靜設(shè)備損傷狀態(tài)的目的。同時(shí)采用閉環(huán)的檢測(cè)維修模式和靜設(shè)備信息動(dòng)態(tài)化管理,能夠?qū)κ髽I(yè)靜設(shè)備的長(zhǎng)周期安全運(yùn)行起到良好的效果。
[Abstract]:The failure of static equipment in petrochemical enterprises has been a thorny problem restricting the development of petrochemical industry. By analyzing the status quo of failure and maintenance means of static equipment in petrochemical enterprises and referring to the common testing and maintenance technology of moving equipment. By synthesizing the cases of condition detection and maintenance in other industries, a condition detection and maintenance system suitable for static equipment in petrochemical enterprises is constructed. The modern equipment detection technology is used instead of manual spot inspection. The state information of static equipment is obtained by external detection device or embedded sensor, and the damage state of static equipment is reflected by mathematical model combined with Internet of things technology. At the same time, the closed-loop inspection and maintenance mode and the dynamic management of static equipment information can be used to achieve the goal of real-time feedback of static equipment damage status, which can play a good role in the long period safe operation of static equipment in petrochemical enterprises.
