【摘要】:水是人類的生命之源,城市供水管網(wǎng)運(yùn)輸在我們的社會中起到了至關(guān)重要的作用,但因其龐大性,和影響因素的不確定性,漏損現(xiàn)象經(jīng)常都會發(fā)生,所以迅速的確定漏損位置并且能夠及時的進(jìn)行修護(hù)是十分重要的。隨著社會的巨大進(jìn)步,造成管網(wǎng)漏損的因素也越來越多,同時人們對水的依賴性也越來越大,因此供水管網(wǎng)漏損區(qū)的快速判定已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今社會的重中之重。雖然現(xiàn)階段有許多關(guān)于應(yīng)用聲波來檢測管網(wǎng)漏損點(diǎn)的儀器和方法,但因其自身的原因,都存在不足之處,不能實(shí)時的、準(zhǔn)確的、有效的檢測到城市供水管網(wǎng)漏損點(diǎn)的位置,本文基于對過去關(guān)于聲波對管網(wǎng)漏損的相關(guān)資料的研究,終于得到了一種相對更加完善的城市供水管網(wǎng)漏損判定點(diǎn)的泄漏檢測系統(tǒng),主要情況如下:首先主要介紹了當(dāng)今城市供水管網(wǎng)漏損監(jiān)測的背景以及其重要性和對其管道泄漏方式的闡述,以及對其各種實(shí)時檢測定位的基本原理進(jìn)行了仔細(xì)的分析,著重討論了城市供水管網(wǎng)中的波速公式的問題。其次通過對城市供水管網(wǎng)實(shí)時檢測的基本定位的原理分析,得到關(guān)于城市管網(wǎng)漏損定位的兩種算法(一種是相關(guān)分析算法,另一種是迭代算法),緊接著重點(diǎn)闡述了小波分析算法在城市供水管網(wǎng)實(shí)時定位監(jiān)測中的應(yīng)用,通過仿真的檢測辦法,進(jìn)而來判斷三種定位算法對城市供水管網(wǎng)漏損區(qū)判定的效果。再次,根據(jù)城市供水管網(wǎng)的特殊性和復(fù)雜性,搭建了城市供水管網(wǎng)的檢測平臺。供水管網(wǎng)檢測系統(tǒng)通過在其加入輔助傳感器的方式,從而提高了管網(wǎng)中的聲波信號的精確性,從而提高其檢測的準(zhǔn)確性和及時性,并且將其得到的計時數(shù)據(jù)通過GPS時序模塊進(jìn)行傳輸以及進(jìn)行時間的校正。最后將對其整個城市環(huán)狀供水管網(wǎng)進(jìn)行模擬仿真。通過對其在MATLAB軟件平臺上的ANSYS軟件模擬原始管道信號的算法,仿真的結(jié)果證明了該系統(tǒng)方案在城市環(huán)狀供水管網(wǎng)漏損點(diǎn)的檢測的時效性和準(zhǔn)確性都有了明顯的提高。
[Abstract]:Water is the source of human life. The transportation of urban water supply pipe network plays a vital role in our society. But because of its huge and uncertain factors, leakage often happens. So it is very important to quickly determine the leakage position and be able to repair in time. With the great progress of the society, There are more and more factors causing the leakage of the pipe network, and the dependence of water on the water is becoming more and more large, so the rapid determination of the leakage area of the water supply network has become the most important of the society. Although there are many instruments and methods about the application of sound wave to detect the leakage point of the pipe network at the present stage, there are some shortcomings due to its own reasons. The location of the leakage point of the urban water supply network can not be detected in real time, accurately and effectively. Based on the past research on the related data of the leakage of the sound wave to the pipe network in the past, a relatively more perfect leak detection system for the leakage judgment point of the urban water supply network is finally obtained. The main situation is as follows: first of all, it is introduced. The background of leakage monitoring in urban water supply network, its importance and its leakage mode, and the basic principles of its real-time detection and positioning are carefully analyzed. The problem of the wave velocity formula in the urban water supply network is emphatically discussed. Secondly, the basic positioning of the real time detection of urban water supply pipe network is made. According to the principle analysis, two algorithms about the leakage location of urban pipe network (one is correlation analysis algorithm and the other one is iterative algorithm), the application of wavelet analysis algorithm in the real-time location monitoring of urban water supply network is emphasized, and the three location algorithms are judged by the simulation test method. Thirdly, according to the particularity and complexity of the urban water supply network, the detection platform of the urban water supply network is set up. The detection system of the water supply pipe network can improve the accuracy and timeliness of the sound wave signal in the pipe network by adding the auxiliary sensor in the way, and will improve the accuracy and timeliness of the detection. The time data is transmitted through the GPS sequence module and the time correction is carried out. Finally, the whole urban circular water supply network is simulated. The algorithm of the original pipeline signal is simulated by the ANSYS software on the MATLAB software platform. The simulation results show that the system scheme is in the urban circular water supply network. The timeliness and accuracy of leak detection have been significantly improved.
