新型斜拉懸模設(shè)計(jì)的試驗(yàn)研究與理論分析

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展水平的不斷提升,人們對(duì)建筑物的要求不再局限于滿足必要的生活和辦公,對(duì)建筑的外觀、造型以及與環(huán)境的適應(yīng)性也提出了越來(lái)越高的要求。隨著這種趨勢(shì),,各種建筑形式不斷涌現(xiàn)出來(lái),其中含有大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)的懸挑建筑是其中常見(jiàn)的形式之一。大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)一般設(shè)置在建筑物上部,高度較大,施工時(shí)面臨著高空作業(yè)的特點(diǎn)。目前用于高空大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)方法和施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)都相對(duì)較少,高空大懸挑建筑在設(shè)計(jì)與施工過(guò)程中仍然存在著許多的難點(diǎn),例如懸挑支模架的設(shè)計(jì)、高空作業(yè)的安全性和施工組織等。本文總結(jié)了現(xiàn)階段常用懸挑腳手架的類型,提出了一種新型斜拉懸挑腳手架。并以實(shí)際工程為例,對(duì)該理論進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。具體內(nèi)容如下: 首先,本文分析幾種常用懸挑腳手架的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用范圍,并對(duì)懸挑腳手架進(jìn)行了受力分析。通過(guò)對(duì)比分析斜拉點(diǎn)位于外挑構(gòu)件不同位置時(shí)對(duì)大懸挑腳手架各個(gè)構(gòu)件的受力影響,給出了大懸挑腳手架斜拉點(diǎn)位置的確定公式,形成一種應(yīng)用于大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)的新型斜拉懸挑腳手架。 其次,對(duì)提出的應(yīng)用于大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)的新型斜拉懸挑腳手架進(jìn)行整體穩(wěn)定性分析,得出整體支撐系統(tǒng)的平面布置原則;對(duì)其斜拉桿的均衡受力及相關(guān)節(jié)點(diǎn)的連接進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬分析和試驗(yàn)研究,并提出了均衡受力的施工控制。 第三,進(jìn)行了新型斜拉懸挑腳手架的斜拉桿對(duì)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的影響分析。重點(diǎn)對(duì)斜拉桿埋設(shè)不同角度時(shí)混凝土梁的受力進(jìn)行分析,提出了對(duì)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件尺寸、配筋等的基本要求。 最后,根據(jù)以上的研究?jī)?nèi)容,對(duì)新型斜拉懸挑腳手架提出了設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)造與施工要求,形成一套系統(tǒng)的針對(duì)高空大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)施工的新型斜拉懸模支撐體系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economy and society in our country, people's demands on buildings are no longer limited to satisfying the necessary living and office, but also to the appearance of the buildings. Modeling and adaptability to the environment also put forward higher and higher requirements. With this trend, a variety of architectural forms continue to emerge, in which the large cantilever structure is one of the common forms. The large cantilever structure is generally located in the upper part of the building, and is faced with the characteristics of aerial work. At present, there are relatively few design methods and construction experience for high-altitude large cantilever structures. There are still many difficulties in the design and construction of high-altitude large cantilever structures, such as the design of cantilevered formwork. Safety and construction organization of aerial work. In this paper, the types of cantilever scaffolding are summarized, and a new type of cable-stayed scaffolding is proposed. The theory is verified by taking the actual project as an example. The details are as follows: Firstly, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of commonly used cantilever scaffolding and its application scope, and analyzes the force of the cantilever scaffold. By comparing and analyzing the influence of different positions of cable-stayed point on each member of large cantilever scaffold, the formula for determining the position of cable-stayed point of large cantilever scaffold is given. A new cable-stayed suspension scaffold is formed for large cantilever structure. Secondly, the overall stability of the new cable-stayed cantilever scaffold applied to the large cantilever structure is analyzed, and the plane layout principle of the whole bracing system is obtained. Numerical simulation analysis and experimental study on the equilibrium force of the inclined strut and the connection of the related joints are carried out, and the construction control of the equalization force is put forward. Thirdly, the influence of the new cable-stayed suspension scaffold on the concrete structure is analyzed. The stress of concrete beam with different angles of oblique tension bar is analyzed, and the basic requirements for the size and reinforcement of concrete structure are put forward. Finally, according to the above research content, the design structure and construction requirements of the new cable-stayed cantilever scaffold are put forward, and a new type of cable-stayed suspended formwork support system is formed for the construction of high-altitude and large-cantilever structure.
