【摘要】：里分建筑是最具武漢地方特色和最能體現(xiàn)近代武漢市民生活的居住建筑類型。時至今日，大量里分住宅在城市化進(jìn)程中轟然倒塌，幸存的里分由于年代久遠(yuǎn)，居住條件已不能滿足住戶的基本生活需求。此類建筑中的精品列入保護(hù)建筑之列實為展示城市歷史形象、傳承城市文化意義的需要。保護(hù)并非靜態(tài)保護(hù)。生活在其中居民的自發(fā)性改造行為，如何在保護(hù)歷史建筑物質(zhì)載體的同時保障居民的生活質(zhì)量，成為本篇論文關(guān)注的內(nèi)容。 本文討論的空間異化現(xiàn)象是指歷史住區(qū)的原有空間格局已不能適應(yīng)住戶不斷提高的生活需求，住戶通過改變原有一部分空間初始用途，使其具有不同于原型空間原本設(shè)定功能的某些新的屬性，從而促使空間和日常生活之間由失衡狀態(tài)走向新的平衡狀態(tài)而采取的一種空間策略。這種改變空間初始設(shè)定屬性的現(xiàn)象就是空間異化現(xiàn)象。 以優(yōu)秀里分建筑漢潤里為例，漢潤里歷史住區(qū)的空間層次十分豐富，包括公共空間（主巷及前巷）、半公共空間（后巷）和私密空間。住區(qū)內(nèi)各居住單元的空間層次同樣豐富，包括半公共空間（前天井、堂屋、樓梯間、后天井、天臺）和私密空間（臥室、廚衛(wèi)等）。其中各居住單元的半公共空間是空間異化現(xiàn)象發(fā)生頻率、程度最高且內(nèi)容最豐富的區(qū)域，為本文提供了豐富素材基礎(chǔ)。同時，33個居住樣本的半公共空間分屬三個戶型類別，又提供了居住原型不同、居住需求不同而致半公共空間的空間異化展開程度不同的豐富研究素材。 首先，，本文提出人的生活需求和空間改變之間的失衡與平衡關(guān)系，對比從原型到變體半公共空間的空間格局變化，概述漢潤里住區(qū)半公共空間的空間異化現(xiàn)象及其動因；其次，通過對漢潤里半公共空間的自發(fā)性改造制約因素及主導(dǎo)因子、空間格局、空間限定手段及其圍合材料等關(guān)聯(lián)因子的詳細(xì)分析，歸納出空間變化過程中，人與人、人與空間關(guān)系的變化機(jī)制；最后，通過三個典型案例的深入剖析，總結(jié)出漢潤里住區(qū)幾種半公共空間的空間異化類型。本文從觀察當(dāng)前空間異化狀態(tài)到追溯空間的中間及初始狀態(tài)信息，繼而求證當(dāng)前狀態(tài)存在緣由的過程中，歸納出漢潤里半公共空間空間異化的若干特征。 本文對歷史住區(qū)空間異化現(xiàn)象的關(guān)注，實屬具有普適性的空間問題探索范疇。希望本文對漢潤里住區(qū)半公共空間的空間異化現(xiàn)象剖析的方法和成果，能應(yīng)用于歷史住區(qū)同類問題的探討、提供一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Lifen architecture is the most local characteristic of Wuhan and the most representative of the modern life of Wuhan residents. Today, a large number of lifen housing collapsed in the process of urbanization, the surviving Lifen because of the old, living conditions can no longer meet the basic living needs of residents. It is necessary to display the historical image of the city and inherit the meaning of the city culture. Protection is not static protection. How to protect the material carrier of historical buildings and ensure the residents' quality of life has become the focus of this paper. The phenomenon of spatial alienation discussed in this paper refers to the fact that the original spatial pattern of the historical residential area can no longer meet the increasing living needs of the residents, and the residents change the original part of the original space for the initial use. It has some new attributes which are different from the original set function of the prototype space, thus promoting the space and daily life from the unbalanced state to the new equilibrium state to adopt a spatial strategy. The phenomenon of changing the initial set attributes of space is the phenomenon of spatial alienation. Taking Han Runli as an example, the historical residential area of Han run Li is rich in space levels, including public space (main lane and front lane), semi-public space (rear lane) and private space. The residential units are equally rich in space levels, including semi-public spaces (front patios, halls, stairways, rear patios, rooftops) and private spaces (bedrooms, kitchenware, etc.). The semi-public space of each living unit is the region with the highest degree and the most abundant content, which provides a rich material basis for this paper. At the same time, 33 living samples of semi-public space belong to three types, and provide rich research materials of different living archetypes and different housing needs, which lead to different degree of spatial alienation of semi-public space. First of all, this paper puts forward the imbalance and balance relationship between people's living needs and spatial changes, compares the spatial pattern changes from prototype to variant semi-public space, summarizes the spatial alienation phenomenon and its causes of half-public space in Hanrun residential area. Through the detailed analysis of the related factors, such as the constraints and leading factors, the spatial pattern, the means of space restriction and the materials of the space containment, the author concludes that in the process of spatial change, people and people are involved in the process of spatial change. Finally, through the in-depth analysis of three typical cases, summarizes several types of spatial alienation of semi-public space in Hanrun residential area. In this paper, from observing the middle and initial state information from the current space alienation state to the tracing space, the author concludes some characteristics of the Han run Li semi-public space alienation in the process of proving the cause of the current state. This paper focuses on the phenomenon of spatial alienation in historical settlements, which belongs to the category of space problem exploration with universality. It is hoped that the methods and achievements of the analysis of the phenomenon of spatial alienation in the semi-public space of Hanrun residential district in this paper can be applied to the discussion of similar problems in the historical residential area and provide some reference significance.
