相鄰深基坑施工相互影響的研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)城市建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展,各大城市都正在興建或準(zhǔn)備興建地鐵。城市地鐵的修建過程中涉及到大量的深基坑工程,并且常常是處于密集建筑區(qū)內(nèi),就不免出現(xiàn)深基坑施工和周圍建筑物的相互影響問題。對(duì)于這類相鄰施工問題,,大量學(xué)者已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到以往的基坑工程強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)理論已經(jīng)不能滿足工程周圍環(huán)境的安全性要求,越來越嚴(yán)格的基坑工程變形控制要求運(yùn)用到實(shí)際工程之中,但相鄰問題仍然還有許多需要解決的難題。 本文結(jié)合長(zhǎng)沙市南湖路地鐵車站基坑工程和其附近的高層建筑地基深基坑工程,研究相鄰深基坑在施工過程中相互作用導(dǎo)致基坑應(yīng)力場(chǎng)、位移場(chǎng)以及坑周土體的變化情況。主要內(nèi)容有: 1.參考國(guó)內(nèi)外的有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和資料,選取三維有限元數(shù)值模擬方案,確定土體、支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的計(jì)算參數(shù)。 2.地鐵車站基坑先開挖寫字樓基坑慢開挖時(shí),考慮地鐵車站基坑的存在對(duì)寫字樓基坑開挖的圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)變形和坑周土體的影響以及寫字樓基坑的開挖對(duì)開挖完成的地鐵車站基坑變形的影響。 3.不同的施工順序?qū)ο噜徎拥挠绊。考慮三種施工順序(車站基坑先開挖樓基坑慢開挖、兩基坑對(duì)稱開挖、樓基坑先開挖車站基坑慢開挖)下兩基坑變形的變形情況,比較不同施工順序下基坑的變形。 4.基坑間距對(duì)相鄰基坑的影響。考慮兩基坑施工順序一定,基坑距離為5m、10m、15m、20m時(shí),兩基坑的變形和坑周土體的變形情況,得出基坑變形和坑周土體變形隨著距離不同的變化規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of urban construction in China, all major cities are building or preparing to build subway. The construction process of urban subway involves a large number of deep foundation pit projects, and is often in the dense building area, so the interaction between the construction of deep foundation pit and the surrounding buildings will inevitably occur. For this kind of adjacent construction problem, a large number of scholars have realized that the previous foundation pit engineering strength design theory can no longer meet the safety requirements of the surrounding environment of the project. More and more strict foundation pit engineering deformation control requirements are applied to practical engineering, but there are still many problems that need to be solved. In this paper, the stress field, displacement field and soil around the pit of adjacent deep foundation pit caused by interaction between adjacent deep foundation pit during construction are studied by combining the foundation pit engineering of Nanhu Road subway station and its surrounding high-rise building in Changsha City. The main contents are: 1. Referring to the relevant literature and data at home and abroad, the three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation scheme is selected to determine the calculation parameters of soil and supporting structure. 2. When the subway station foundation pit is first excavated, the office building foundation pit is slowly excavated, Considering the influence of the foundation pit of subway station on the deformation of the surrounding structure and the soil around the pit and the influence of the excavation of the office building foundation pit on the deformation of the subway station foundation pit completed by the excavation. 3. The influence of different construction sequence on adjacent foundation pit. Considering three kinds of construction sequence (slow excavation of station foundation pit, symmetrical excavation of two foundation pit, slow excavation of station foundation pit first), the deformation of foundation pit under different construction sequence is compared. 4. The influence of foundation pit spacing on adjacent foundation pit. Considering the constant construction sequence of the two foundation pits and the deformation of the soil around the pit when the distance of the foundation pit is 5 m ~ 10 m or 15 m ~ 20 m, the variation law of the deformation of the foundation pit and the soil around the pit with the distance is obtained.
