【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件的發(fā)展，老齡化問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為不可忽視的社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。我國(guó)到2030年為止老年人口將超過(guò)日本，成為老齡化程度最高的國(guó)家，到2050年社會(huì)將進(jìn)入深度老齡化階段。而且呈現(xiàn)出人口規(guī)模大、發(fā)展速度快及老齡化程度超過(guò)現(xiàn)代化等特點(diǎn)。因此，，針對(duì)老齡化問(wèn)題的社會(huì)養(yǎng)老體系的探討，研究老年住宅環(huán)境中通用設(shè)計(jì)的研究模式，是解決養(yǎng)老住宅問(wèn)題，是對(duì)老年人“老有所依”的關(guān)愛(ài)，更是促進(jìn)社會(huì)保障體系的建立以及社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展，在現(xiàn)實(shí)中具有重要的意義。 針對(duì)老齡化的趨勢(shì)以及現(xiàn)有老年住宅區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)劣性分析，提出了老年住宅區(qū)中通用設(shè)計(jì)的模式，研究通用設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)老年住宅設(shè)計(jì)的必要性以及設(shè)計(jì)方法。本文首先從老年人的角度出發(fā)，考慮老年人群的生理、心理及行為方面的特征和對(duì)環(huán)境的相關(guān)需求，其次根據(jù)通用設(shè)計(jì)“為所有人服務(wù)”的設(shè)計(jì)理念總結(jié)出適合老年住宅環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的通用設(shè)計(jì)。再次通過(guò)對(duì)老年住宅環(huán)境的劃分從居住空間、交通道路空間、公共服務(wù)空間、戶(hù)外活動(dòng)空間以及輔助環(huán)境設(shè)施這幾個(gè)方面對(duì)老年住宅區(qū)中通用設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行闡述。最后通過(guò)對(duì)無(wú)錫魅力之城健康住宅的設(shè)計(jì)分析，為老年居住區(qū)的通用設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行實(shí)踐性的嘗試，對(duì)老齡化趨勢(shì)下的老年住宅區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)提出了新的方法和建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of social and economic conditions, the problem of aging has become a hot social issue that can not be ignored. By 2030, China will surpass Japan and become the country with the highest degree of aging. By 2050, the society will enter the stage of deep aging. And presents the population scale, the development speed and the aging degree surpasses the modernization and so on characteristic. Therefore, in view of the problem of the aging of the social pension system, the study of the research model of the general design in the elderly housing environment is to solve the problem of the aged housing, is to care for the elderly "old people have to rely on". It is of great significance to promote the establishment of social security system and the harmonious development of society. In view of the trend of aging and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the environmental design of the existing residential area for the elderly, this paper puts forward the general design pattern of the residential area for the elderly, and studies the necessity and design method of the general design for the residential design of the elderly. First of all, from the perspective of the elderly, this paper considers the physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly people and the related needs of the environment. Secondly, according to the general design concept of "serving for all", the paper summarizes the general design suitable for the environment design of the elderly residence. Thirdly, through the division of residential environment for the elderly from living space, traffic road space, public service space, outdoor activity space and auxiliary environmental facilities, this paper expounds the general design method of the residential area for the elderly. Finally, through the analysis of the design of the healthy residence in Wuxi City, this paper attempts to make a practical attempt on the general design method of the old residential area, and puts forward new methods and suggestions for the design of the old residential area under the trend of aging.
