侵蝕影響下水泥土的力學(xué)性質(zhì)試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:港珠澳大橋拱北隧道地處沿海地區(qū),其地下水與海水相連,隧道基底采用粉體噴射攪拌法和高壓噴射注漿法等方法進(jìn)行加固,加固產(chǎn)生的水泥土在海水侵蝕性離子作用下其強(qiáng)度和穩(wěn)定性會(huì)發(fā)生變化,從而對(duì)工程安全產(chǎn)生影響。根據(jù)上述兩種施工工藝,制作內(nèi)部含侵蝕物質(zhì)和不含侵蝕物質(zhì)的兩種水泥土試塊,配制多種不同濃度的單組分的化學(xué)溶液來(lái)模擬海水侵蝕環(huán)境,將制備的水泥土試塊置于侵蝕溶液中進(jìn)行預(yù)定時(shí)間的短時(shí)(≤28 d)浸泡,通過(guò)無(wú)側(cè)限抗壓試驗(yàn)、電鏡掃描以及離子色譜測(cè)定,分別得到了單組分侵蝕溶液短時(shí)浸泡下水泥土試塊無(wú)側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)隨侵蝕溶液濃度和侵蝕時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律,以及侵蝕環(huán)境中離子濃度隨侵蝕時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律;诤K瘜W(xué)成分,配制多種不同濃度的雙組分的化學(xué)溶液來(lái)模擬海水侵蝕環(huán)境,將制備的內(nèi)部含侵蝕物質(zhì)的淤泥質(zhì)土水泥土試塊置于侵蝕溶液中進(jìn)行預(yù)定時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)時(shí)(≥90 d)浸泡,通過(guò)無(wú)側(cè)限抗壓試驗(yàn)得到了雙組分侵蝕溶液長(zhǎng)時(shí)浸泡下水泥土試塊無(wú)側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度變化規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果可為臨時(shí)性及長(zhǎng)期性水泥土工程的設(shè)計(jì)及安全維護(hù)提供一定參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The Gongbei Tunnel of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is located in the coastal area, and its groundwater is connected with seawater. The foundation of the tunnel is strengthened by powder jet mixing method and high-pressure jet grouting method. The strength and stability of cement-soil under the action of seawater corrosive ions will change, which will affect the engineering safety.
