鋼管地聚物再生混凝土短柱軸壓荷載下的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:地聚物再生混凝土(Geopolymeric recycled concrete,GRC)是一種考慮環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展的新型建筑材料,它是利用粉煤灰激發(fā)的堿溶液完全代替水泥,同時(shí)利用再生粗骨料完全或部分代替天然粗骨料制作而成的新型混凝土材料。地聚物再生混凝土可以用在鋼管結(jié)構(gòu)中,稱為鋼管地聚物再生混凝土構(gòu)件。該文對(duì)12根鋼管地聚物再生混凝土短柱進(jìn)行了一系列實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)主要考慮了2種不同鋼管界面尺寸、不同混凝土類型(普通再生混凝土、地聚物再生混凝土)以及不同再生骨料取代率(0%、50%、100%)。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)研究考察了構(gòu)件在軸壓荷載作用下的荷載-應(yīng)變關(guān)系,對(duì)比分析了各構(gòu)件的極限承載力和失效機(jī)理,并且通過延性指標(biāo)(DI)對(duì)比分析了各個(gè)鋼管短柱在軸壓荷載作用下的延性行為表現(xiàn)。結(jié)果表明,隨著鋼管核心混凝土中再生粗骨料的增多,鋼管地聚物再生混凝土和鋼管再生混凝土的極限承載力隨之降低。再生粗骨料的含量對(duì)鋼管地聚物再生混凝土短柱的力學(xué)行為表現(xiàn)影響更大。最后,依照各規(guī)程的理論計(jì)算方法對(duì)本實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較,進(jìn)一步探討了各規(guī)程對(duì)計(jì)算鋼管再生混凝土和鋼管地聚物再生混凝土柱承載力的適用性。
[Abstract]:Geopolymer recycled concrete (GRC) is a new type of building material which takes into account the sustainable development of the environment. It is a completely replacement of cement with alkali solution excited by fly ash. At the same time, the recycled coarse aggregate is used to replace the natural coarse aggregate completely or partially. Recycled concrete with geopolymer can be used in steel tube structure. In this paper, a series of experimental studies have been carried out on 12 short columns of recycled concrete filled with steel tube. The experimental design has mainly considered two kinds of steel tube interface sizes, different concrete types (ordinary recycled concrete, common recycled concrete, etc.) Aggregate recycled concrete) and different recycled aggregate replacement rate. In this paper, the load-strain relationship of members under axial loading is investigated through experimental study, and the ultimate bearing capacity and failure mechanism of each member are compared and analyzed. The ductility behavior of short steel tubular columns under axial compression is analyzed by means of ductility index (DIY). The results show that with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate in the core concrete filled steel tube, the ultimate bearing capacity of recycled concrete filled with steel tube and recycled concrete filled with steel tube decreases. The content of recycled coarse aggregate has more influence on the mechanical behavior of recycled concrete columns. Finally, the experimental results are compared according to the theoretical calculation methods of each regulation, and the applicability of the rules to the calculation of the bearing capacity of recycled concrete filled steel tubular columns and recycled concrete filled steel tubular columns is further discussed.
