銹蝕H型鋼柱偏心受壓性能的試驗研究與分析

【摘要】:近年來隨著鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在我國工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,銹蝕對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的影響也越來越突出。鋼材的銹蝕不僅會造成材料的浪費,更重要的是銹蝕會顯著影響鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的截面尺寸及表面特征,進(jìn)而造成鋼材強(qiáng)度,塑性等材料性能的改變,對服役鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的承載力和安全性帶來很大影響。研究銹蝕對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)承載性能的影響不僅可以揭示服役鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安全性的變化,同時還能為服役鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程的鑒定加固與壽命預(yù)測奠定基礎(chǔ)。 本文以Q235熱軋H型鋼為研究對象,通過大氣鹽霧加速銹蝕試驗?zāi)M大氣自然腐蝕。 本文借助于三維非接觸式光學(xué)輪廓儀,測試不同銹蝕程度下的八組試件表面的三維形貌特征,利用軟件分析功能獲得三維形貌圖和輪廓圖,得到測試表面區(qū)域內(nèi)每一點的腐蝕深度。通過對腐蝕深度的統(tǒng)計分析,得出鋼結(jié)構(gòu)表面腐蝕深度的分布規(guī)律。 本文通過15個銹蝕拉伸試件,探究銹蝕對鋼材材料強(qiáng)度、伸長率、彈性模量等力學(xué)參數(shù)的影響,并得到其隨銹蝕程度的變化規(guī)律。通過5根銹蝕H型鋼柱的偏心受壓的試驗,研究銹蝕對H型鋼柱偏心受壓承載力的影響,揭示其銹蝕程度與偏心受壓承載力的變化規(guī)律及偏心受壓的破壞機(jī)理。 本文考慮銹蝕引起的服役鋼結(jié)構(gòu)抗力的衰減,通過統(tǒng)計鋼結(jié)構(gòu)材料強(qiáng)度、截面尺寸的特征參數(shù)(均值與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差)變化探究服役鋼結(jié)構(gòu)可靠指標(biāo)的計算。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the wide application of steel structures in the field of engineering construction in China, the effect of corrosion on steel structures is becoming more and more prominent. The corrosion of steel will not only cause waste of materials, but also will significantly affect the cross section size and surface characteristics of steel structures, thus causing changes in the strength and plasticity of steel materials. It has great influence on the bearing capacity and safety of the steel structure in service. The study of the effect of corrosion on the bearing capacity of steel structures can not only reveal the change of the safety of service steel structures, but also lay a foundation for the identification, reinforcement and life prediction of service steel structures. In this paper, the atmospheric natural corrosion of Q235 hot rolled H section steel was simulated by accelerated corrosion test of atmospheric salt spray. In this paper, by means of a three-dimensional contactless optical profilometer, the surface features of eight groups of specimens with different corrosion degrees are tested, and the three-dimensional topography and contour are obtained by using the function of software analysis. The corrosion depth of each point in the test surface area is obtained. Through the statistical analysis of corrosion depth, the distribution of corrosion depth on steel structure surface is obtained. In this paper, the effects of corrosion on strength, elongation and elastic modulus of steel materials were investigated through 15 specimens of corroded tensile test, and the variation law of corrosion degree was obtained. The effect of corrosion on the eccentric compressive capacity of H section steel columns was studied through the eccentric compression tests of 5 corroded H-shaped steel columns. The variation law of corrosion degree and eccentric compressive capacity and the failure mechanism of eccentric compression were revealed. In this paper, the decay of the resistance of service steel structure caused by corrosion is considered. The calculation of reliability index of service steel structure is studied by statistics of the characteristic parameters (mean and standard deviation) of material strength and section size of steel structure.
