【摘要】：酒店作為“無煙工業(yè)”一直是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、城市建設(shè)的重要項目，近年，高星級商務(wù)酒店市場發(fā)展迅速，建筑師不但單純地拿著任務(wù)書進行設(shè)計，而是更多的參與到設(shè)計前期，配合甲方進行酒店定位研究和任務(wù)書擬定。這就需要建筑師對酒店功能有總體而全面的認識，并熟知其發(fā)展變化的規(guī)律。 本文以高星級商務(wù)酒店功能規(guī)劃為研究對象： 第一部分為提出問題，即第一章的緒論，綜述研究的、意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容、研究目的以及研究方法。 第二部分為概念解析，即第二章高星級商務(wù)酒店功能規(guī)劃的概念研究，指出功能規(guī)劃的定義是根據(jù)客人在酒店的活動規(guī)律以及現(xiàn)代酒店管理模式的運營要求，合理選擇酒店內(nèi)外建筑設(shè)施、設(shè)備，，并按照一定的數(shù)量比例、組合方式進行科學(xué)的布局。研究內(nèi)容包括功能要素、功能布局、功能配比。 第三部分為分析問題，包含三、四、五章，分別從功能要素、功能布局、功能配比三個方面進行研究，從基本配置情況以及近年高星級商務(wù)酒店出現(xiàn)的相應(yīng)特色點中挖掘其變化發(fā)展的規(guī)律，并對未來可能呈現(xiàn)的狀態(tài)進行預(yù)測，提出應(yīng)對變化的規(guī)劃方法。 第四部分為總結(jié)問題，即結(jié)論部分，總結(jié)整篇論文的特點及各個部分的結(jié)論，提出對未來酒店功能規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展方向及期盼。 本文論述層層遞進，重視概念的清晰化和邏輯性，以理性態(tài)度充分結(jié)合實際案例，以多套平面、計算數(shù)據(jù)作為論述依據(jù)，在前人的理論基礎(chǔ)上作出自己的思考的論證，條理清晰，思維嚴(yán)謹，可以對高星級商務(wù)酒店的功能規(guī)劃起到指引作用。
[Abstract]:As an "smokeless industry", the "smokeless industry" has been an important project for economic development and urban construction. In recent years, the high star Traders Hotel market has developed rapidly. Architects not only take the task book simply to design, but are more involved in the early design, and cooperate with Party A to carry out the hotel setting research and the task book. This paper takes the functional planning of high star Traders Hotel as the research object.

The second part is conceptual analysis, which is the concept research of the second chapter high star Traders Hotel. It points out that the definition of functional planning is based on the guests' activities in the hotel and the operation requirements of the hotel management model. The research contents include functional elements, functional layout and function matching.
The third part is the analysis of the problem, including three, four, five chapters, respectively from functional elements, functional layout, functional proportions of three aspects of the study, from the basic configuration and the corresponding characteristics of the high star Traders Hotel in recent years, the corresponding characteristics of the characteristics of the development of the development of the law, and to predict the possible state of the future, and put forward the response to change. The planning method.
The fourth part is to sum up the problem, that is, the conclusion part, summarizes the characteristics of the whole paper and the conclusions of each part, and puts forward the development direction and expectation of the Avenir Hotel's functional planning field.
This article discusses the layers of progressive, pay attention to the clarity and logic of the concept, take the rational attitude to fully combine the actual cases, take many sets of plane, and calculate the data as the basis, and make their own reflection on the basis of the predecessors' theory, which is clear and strict in thinking, which can guide the function planning of the high star Traders Hotel.
