【摘要】：精品度假酒店是依托良好的自然景物條件，創(chuàng)造宜人的、具有人性化特征的休憩環(huán)境和服務(wù)設(shè)施，往往具有濃郁的當(dāng)?shù)氐奈幕厣酮?dú)特歷史記憶，是地域性表達(dá)的杰出典范。近年來(lái)，隨著我國(guó)旅游方式從傳統(tǒng)的觀光旅游向休閑、度假旅游的轉(zhuǎn)變，度假酒店在我國(guó)逐步發(fā)展成熟。 在中國(guó)，山地丘陵地區(qū)面積約占陸地面積的2/3，發(fā)展前景巨大。山地丘陵地區(qū)的自然景觀，由于人們心理中對(duì)于“山”這一雄偉的自然存在崇拜與畏懼的情愫，具有其他如海濱、平原所沒(méi)有的魅力。這些，都是丘陵地區(qū)建設(shè)精品度假酒店所具備的優(yōu)勢(shì)。然而必須認(rèn)識(shí)到，我國(guó)目前在丘陵地區(qū)度假酒店的設(shè)計(jì)上，特別是精品度假酒店如何做到具有不可復(fù)制的唯一性和地域性的方面，還有所欠缺；或是在處理丘陵地區(qū)的復(fù)雜地形時(shí)，簡(jiǎn)單地等同于平地的處理手法，使得原有地形地貌遭到破壞，建筑無(wú)法與自然景觀融合、協(xié)調(diào)。 本論文首先從度假酒店的發(fā)展歷史出發(fā)，分析度假酒店的概念和特征，進(jìn)而引出其發(fā)展的新趨勢(shì)：精品度假酒店。然后，從地域性的角度分析了丘陵地區(qū)的特征以及對(duì)度假酒店設(shè)計(jì)的影響。之后，結(jié)合大量實(shí)例，分析一些具體的丘陵地區(qū)度假酒店設(shè)計(jì)策略，形成一定的設(shè)計(jì)方法學(xué)。此外，結(jié)合我們的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例，介紹了一些電腦新技術(shù)在丘陵地區(qū)度假酒店設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新。最后具體分析了武陵文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。以期為建筑同行提供參考，為在今后丘陵地區(qū)度假酒店的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中，，提供相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)策略并作為后續(xù)研究的參考。
[Abstract]:Boutique resort hotel is to rely on good natural scenery conditions, create pleasant, humanized recreational environment and service facilities, often with rich local cultural characteristics and unique historical memory, is an outstanding model of regional expression. In recent years, with the change of tourism from traditional tourism to leisure and vacation tourism, resort hotels in China have gradually developed and matured. In China, the hilly area accounts for about 2 / 3 of the land area. The natural landscape in mountainous and hilly areas has other charms, such as seashore and plain, because of the adoration and fear of the majestic nature of "mountain" in people's psychology. These are the advantages of building boutique resorts in hilly areas. However, we must realize that the design of resort hotels in hilly areas in our country, especially how to achieve the unique and regional characteristics of boutique resorts, is still lacking. Or when dealing with the complex terrain in the hilly area, it is simply equivalent to the treatment technique of the flat land, which causes the original terrain and landform to be destroyed, and the building can not be integrated with the natural landscape. This paper first analyzes the concept and characteristics of resort hotel from the history of its development, and then leads to the new trend of its development: boutique resort hotel. Then, from the regional point of view, the characteristics of hilly areas and the impact on the design of resort hotels are analyzed. Then, combining with a large number of examples, this paper analyzes some specific design strategies of resort hotels in hilly areas, and forms a certain design methodology. In addition, based on our design examples, this paper introduces the application and innovation of some new computer technologies in the design of resort hotels in hilly areas. Finally, the paper analyzes the design process of Wuling Cultural and Creative Industry Park and summarizes the experience. In order to provide reference for the construction industry, for the future in the hilly area resort hotel design practice, to provide relevant design strategies and as a reference for follow-up research.
