【摘要】：以"信任"為中介變量,從建筑承包商的視角,探討了權(quán)力對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目績(jī)效的影響。研究得到:承包商專(zhuān)家權(quán)力、參照權(quán)力會(huì)增強(qiáng)業(yè)主信任,而懲罰權(quán)力則會(huì)降低業(yè)主信任;信息權(quán)力、法定權(quán)力、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)權(quán)力對(duì)業(yè)主信任無(wú)顯著影響;業(yè)主信任對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目績(jī)效有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the influence of power on construction project performance from the perspective of construction contractor with trust as intermediary variable. The conclusions are as follows: the power of the contractor expert, the reference power will enhance the owner's trust, while the punishment power will reduce the owner's trust, the information power, the legal power, the reward power will not have the significant influence on the owner trust; Owner trust has a significant impact on the performance of construction projects.
