【摘要】:該論文是以調(diào)研報告的形式,主要介紹了常用的外墻保溫系統(tǒng)、傳統(tǒng)外墻保溫材料和新型保溫材料的特點及性能、外墻保溫技術(shù)及其特點、國外和國內(nèi)的外墻保溫產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢、重點產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢調(diào)查、國內(nèi)相關(guān)政策的分析、國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟背景的分析、當(dāng)今社會文化環(huán)境的分析、目前相關(guān)技術(shù)背景的分析、重點保溫體系的介紹、目前該行業(yè)存在的產(chǎn)品及技術(shù)方面的問題、針對存在問題的解決辦法、評價指標(biāo)和測試方法、外墻保溫建材的前景展望等。 該報告有助于初步了解該行業(yè)的企業(yè)與人員準(zhǔn)確掌握外墻保溫建筑材料的相關(guān)信息和基本技術(shù),以及市場的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)、分析數(shù)據(jù)、發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、競爭對手情報和市場發(fā)展前景等,是企業(yè)投資或代理外墻保溫建筑產(chǎn)品、創(chuàng)業(yè)以及對現(xiàn)有外墻保溫建筑產(chǎn)品進行市場研究時的重要參考依據(jù)。 從本文的分析來看,給出以下幾點建議:一是外墻保溫系統(tǒng)及產(chǎn)品的選擇應(yīng)因地制宜,符合節(jié)能標(biāo)準(zhǔn);二是生產(chǎn)以巖棉板為主的A級外墻保溫材料應(yīng)是投資者進入保溫材料市場的首選;三是應(yīng)加大力度研發(fā)自保溫墻體產(chǎn)品、硬質(zhì)聚氨酯保溫材料及新型外墻保溫產(chǎn)品;四是應(yīng)加大力度推廣應(yīng)用外墻保溫板與模板一次成形技術(shù);五是每種產(chǎn)品都有缺點,應(yīng)著重開發(fā)外墻保溫復(fù)合產(chǎn)品及復(fù)合體系。
[Abstract]:In the form of investigation report, this paper mainly introduces the common exterior wall insulation system, the characteristics and performance of traditional exterior wall insulation materials and new thermal insulation materials, the external wall insulation technology and its characteristics. The present situation and development trend of the exterior wall insulation products in foreign and domestic countries, the investigation of the current situation and development trend of the key products, the analysis of the relevant domestic policies, the analysis of the domestic economic background, the analysis of the current social and cultural environment, At present, the analysis of relevant technical background, the introduction of key insulation system, the existing problems of products and technology in this industry, the solutions to the existing problems, the evaluation index and test method, the prospect of exterior wall insulation building materials, etc. The report is helpful for the preliminary understanding of enterprises and personnel in the industry to accurately grasp the relevant information and basic technology of external wall insulation building materials, as well as market statistics, analysis data, development status, competitor intelligence and market development prospects, etc. It is an important reference basis for enterprises to invest or agent exterior wall insulation construction products, to start a business and to carry out market research on existing exterior wall insulation construction products. From the analysis of this paper, the following suggestions are given: first, the selection of external wall insulation system and products should be adapted to local conditions, in line with energy conservation standards; Second, the production of grade A exterior wall insulation material based on rock wool board should be the first choice for investors to enter the insulation material market; third, the research and development of self-insulating wall products, rigid polyurethane insulation materials and new types of exterior wall insulation products should be strengthened. Fourth, it is necessary to popularize and apply the primary forming technology of external wall thermal insulation board and formwork, and fifth, every product has its shortcomings, and emphasis should be placed on the development of compound products and composite systems for external wall insulation.
