半開放性居住小區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計模式探討

【摘要】:我國開啟快速城市化進(jìn)程后,居住區(qū)數(shù)量大幅增加,居住品質(zhì)明顯改善。但是,由于我國當(dāng)前的居住區(qū)模式絕大多數(shù)為單一型封閉性住區(qū),使得交通擁堵、環(huán)境污染、公共服務(wù)配套不均勻以及城市居民交往空間缺失等城市問題日漸凸顯。分析我國居住區(qū)模式與城市規(guī)劃的關(guān)系,從歷史的縱向維度及地域的橫向維度進(jìn)行探索,對我國的居住區(qū)發(fā)展有積極的意義。 本文以居住小區(qū)的開放和封閉程度為研究對象,細(xì)致梳理了我國居住小區(qū)模式的理論起源及發(fā)展經(jīng)歷,將封閉性居住小區(qū)的弊端一一呈現(xiàn)。橫向?qū)Ρ葋喬珔^(qū)類同文化背景和經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的地區(qū)及城市,總結(jié)其成功的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗及失敗的教訓(xùn)。引入開放街區(qū)、街道活力復(fù)興及交通管制理念,結(jié)合現(xiàn)行居住小區(qū)模式,得出營造“半開放性”住區(qū),提倡街區(qū)復(fù)合式開發(fā),恢復(fù)街道活力等措施以解決當(dāng)下城市問題的研究結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:After the rapid urbanization in China, the number of residential areas increased significantly and the living quality improved significantly. However, because most of the current residential areas in China are single closed residential areas, traffic congestion, environmental pollution, non-uniform public services and the lack of communication space between urban residents and other urban problems have become increasingly prominent. This paper analyzes the relationship between residential area mode and urban planning in our country, and explores the vertical dimension of history and the horizontal dimension of region, which is of positive significance to the development of residential area in our country. In this paper, the open and closed degree of residential area as the research object, carefully combing the theoretical origin and development experience of the residential district model in China, the closed residential district malpractice is presented one by one. Compare the regions and cities with similar cultural background and economic level in Asia-pacific region, and summarize their successful development experience and failure lessons. By introducing the concepts of open district, street vigor rejuvenation and traffic control, and combining with the current residential district model, it is concluded that the "semi-open" residential area should be built, and the compound development of the block should be advocated. Recovery of street vitality and other measures to solve the problem of the city under the conclusions of the study.
