城市氣候圖集繪制方法研究

【摘要】:城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為全球共同關注的話題。隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化進程的加快,城市氣候問題日益突出。在全球氣候變暖背景下,城市規(guī)劃者及決策者需要從整體的戰(zhàn)略角度考慮不斷變化的氣候因素給城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展帶來的影響。國際上越來越多的城市正在創(chuàng)建屬于自己的城市氣候圖集,這些圖集也逐漸成為指導城市規(guī)劃實踐的工具。本研究中首先對城市氣候圖集的發(fā)展及有關概念加以解釋說明,然后對德國斯圖加特、日本東京和中國香港這三個城市氣候圖集的具體內容及繪制方法進行分析,并總結了繪制城市氣候圖集的一般方法,最后以上海城市總體規(guī)劃編制工作為背景,提出了繪制城市氣候圖集的工作框架。
[Abstract]:The sustainable development of cities has become a common topic of global concern. With the acceleration of urbanization in China, urban climate problems are becoming increasingly prominent. In the context of global warming, urban planners and decision makers need to consider the impact of changing climate factors on urban sustainable development from the overall strategic point of view. More and more cities in the world are creating their own urban climate atlas, and these atlases are becoming the tools to guide the practice of urban planning. In this study, the development and related concepts of urban climate atlas are explained, and then the detailed contents and drawing methods of the three urban climate atlases, namely Stuttgart, Germany, Tokyo, Japan and Hong Kong, China, are analyzed. The general method of drawing urban climate atlas is summarized. Finally, the working frame of urban climate atlas is put forward based on the general urban planning of Shanghai.
