【摘要】：舊建筑以其獨(dú)特的文化、歷史故事和藝術(shù)價(jià)值贏得社會(huì)越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注，舊建筑改造更新再利用的思想已經(jīng)在全世界范圍內(nèi)不斷拓展，人們對(duì)于舊建筑的深度和廣度上，包括改造意識(shí)、改造觀(guān)念和手段也都有了很多全新的嘗試和提升。 本文將化學(xué)領(lǐng)域的“異構(gòu)”概念挪用到歷史建筑改造更新領(lǐng)域，通過(guò)他們的相同之處，詮釋“異構(gòu)”在歷史建筑改造更新中的積極意義。同時(shí)針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀的異構(gòu)改造的案例進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致的解析，突出異構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)手法產(chǎn)生的差異美。 異構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方式強(qiáng)調(diào)體現(xiàn)不同結(jié)構(gòu)樣式的構(gòu)成元素組合或是同種構(gòu)成元素通過(guò)現(xiàn)代的構(gòu)成方式組合成與既有歷史建筑不同結(jié)構(gòu)樣式的整體，通過(guò)新建和既有兩種不同結(jié)構(gòu)樣式的對(duì)比沖突，，形成視覺(jué)矛盾和沖擊，彰顯時(shí)代特色的同時(shí)，襯托既有建筑獨(dú)特的歷史價(jià)值。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)異構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方式進(jìn)行分類(lèi)闡述解讀，總結(jié)其使用過(guò)程中應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循的原則。歸納國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀相關(guān)案例改造的使用方式手法，具體通過(guò)外部形態(tài)、內(nèi)部空間以及材質(zhì)色彩三個(gè)方面提出具體的異構(gòu)改造手法。另外異構(gòu)雖然強(qiáng)調(diào)相差異并置，但是在歷史環(huán)境的大環(huán)境下，仍然需要考慮和周邊環(huán)境以及既有部分的關(guān)系，在總結(jié)完差異并置手法之后，歸納得出整合統(tǒng)一的改造手法。本文對(duì)每一種改造手法的使用范圍及其改造的利弊進(jìn)行分析歸納，以求為改造更新行業(yè)滯后現(xiàn)狀的我們找到一些指引和參照。
[Abstract]:Because of its unique culture, historical story and artistic value, the old building has attracted more and more attention from the society. The idea of renewal and reuse of the old building has been continuously expanded all over the world. Including the transformation of consciousness, transformation of ideas and means have also had a lot of new attempts and upgrades. In this paper, the concept of "isomerism" in the field of chemistry is diverted to the field of renovation of historical buildings, and the positive significance of "isomerism" in the renovation of historical buildings is explained through their similarities. At the same time, the outstanding cases of heterogeneous transformation at home and abroad are analyzed deeply and meticulously, and the difference beauty of heterogeneous design techniques is highlighted. The heterogeneous design emphasizes the combination of elements that embody different structural styles or the combination of the same kind of elements into a whole of different structural styles of existing historical buildings through modern forms of composition. Through the contrast and conflict between the new and the existing two different structural styles, the visual contradiction and impact are formed, which show the characteristics of the times and set off the unique historical value of the existing buildings at the same time. This paper summarizes the principles that should be followed in the process of using heterogeneous design. This paper sums up the use methods of domestic and foreign outstanding related cases, and puts forward the specific methods of heterogeneous transformation through three aspects: external form, internal space and material color. In addition, the heterogeneity emphasizes the juxtaposition of the difference, but in the historical environment, we still need to consider the relationship with the surrounding environment and the existing parts. After summing up the different juxtaposition techniques, we can conclude the integrated and unified transformation techniques. This paper analyzes the scope of use of each transformation technique and its advantages and disadvantages in order to find some guidance and reference for the renovation and updating of the lagging status of the industry.
