【摘要】:水壓驅(qū)動(dòng)式打樁機(jī)是一種新型液壓打樁機(jī),它以水壓沖擊器作為動(dòng)力裝置。與傳統(tǒng)油壓型液壓打樁機(jī)相比,具有綠色環(huán)保、無油液泄漏等特點(diǎn)。本文以水壓驅(qū)動(dòng)式打樁機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,綜合運(yùn)用機(jī)械系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)、液壓傳動(dòng)與控制、機(jī)械振動(dòng)學(xué)、有限元分析等理論和方法,詳細(xì)闡述了水壓驅(qū)動(dòng)式打樁機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)及其動(dòng)力學(xué)特點(diǎn),系統(tǒng)分析了水壓打樁機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)及工作原理。圍繞水壓驅(qū)動(dòng)式打樁機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)和打樁系統(tǒng)開展相關(guān)研究,主要內(nèi)容如下。 (一)對(duì)水壓驅(qū)動(dòng)式打樁機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)建模和仿真研究。在分析水壓式打樁機(jī)沖擊器工作機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建其液壓系統(tǒng)功率鍵合圖及其AMESim仿真模型。通過仿真研究,得到活塞、配流閥芯的運(yùn)動(dòng)曲線,并詳細(xì)分析它們的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律。再進(jìn)一步分析活塞前腔、活塞后腔、閥左交變腔和閥右恒壓腔的流量,壓力和作用力變化規(guī)律。研究探討輸入流量、溢流閥調(diào)整壓力、活塞質(zhì)量、前腔開口長度、中間腔開口長度等五個(gè)參數(shù)對(duì)沖擊性能的影響規(guī)律。 (二)對(duì)水壓驅(qū)動(dòng)式打樁機(jī)打樁系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)建模與仿真分析。在分析水壓驅(qū)動(dòng)式打樁機(jī)打樁系統(tǒng)的工作原理基礎(chǔ)上,采用動(dòng)力學(xué)及機(jī)械振動(dòng)學(xué)等相關(guān)理論,,構(gòu)建打樁系統(tǒng)AMESim仿真模型。通過仿真,得到在打樁沖擊過程中,活塞、砧座和樁在沖擊瞬間動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)特性和運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律。最后,研究砧座剛度、樁體剛度對(duì)打樁性能的影響規(guī)律。 (三)對(duì)水壓驅(qū)動(dòng)式打樁機(jī)打樁系統(tǒng)中的沖擊元件進(jìn)行有限元分析,使用Ansys/ls-dyna有限元軟件,研究了沖擊元件-活塞與砧座在正常工作時(shí)應(yīng)力分布情況。研究了砧座鍵槽改進(jìn)后,打樁系統(tǒng)中活塞、砧座應(yīng)力分布應(yīng)力狀況及特點(diǎn)。研究了取消鍵槽后,打樁系統(tǒng)中活塞與砧座應(yīng)力分布應(yīng)力狀況及特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic driving pile driver is a new type of hydraulic pile driver, which uses hydraulic impactor as power device. Compared with the traditional hydraulic pile driver, it has the characteristics of green environment protection and no oil leakage. In this paper, the hydraulic driving pile driver is taken as the research object, and the theories and methods of mechanical system dynamics, hydraulic transmission and control, mechanical vibration, finite element analysis and so on are used synthetically. The structure and dynamic characteristics of hydraulic driving pile driver are described in detail. The driving principle and working principle of hydraulic pile driver are analyzed systematically. This paper focuses on hydraulic system and piling system of hydraulic driving pile driver. The main contents are as follows. (1) dynamic modeling and simulation study on hydraulic system of hydraulic driving pile driver. On the basis of analyzing the working mechanism of hydraulic pile driver impactor, the power bond graph of hydraulic system and its AMESim simulation model are constructed. The kinematic curves of piston and valve core are obtained by simulation, and their motion laws are analyzed in detail. The flow, pressure and force of the front cavity, the back cavity, the left alternating chamber and the right constant pressure chamber of the valve are further analyzed. The effects of five parameters, such as input flow rate, relief valve adjustment pressure, piston mass, opening length of front cavity and opening length of middle cavity, on impact performance are studied. (2) dynamic modeling and simulation analysis of hydraulic driving pile driver piling system. Based on the analysis of the working principle of the piling system of hydraulic driven pile driver, the AMESim simulation model of piling system is constructed by using the relevant theories of dynamics and mechanical vibration. Through simulation, the dynamic response characteristics and motion law of piston, anvil seat and pile are obtained in the course of piling impact. Finally, the influence of anvil stiffness and pile stiffness on piling performance is studied. (3) the finite element analysis of the impact element in the piling system of the hydraulic driving pile driver is carried out. The stress distribution of the impact element, the piston and the anvil, is studied by using the Ansys/ls-dyna finite element software. The stress distribution and characteristics of piston and anvil in piling system are studied after the improvement of anvil seat keyway. The stress distribution and characteristics of piston and anvil in piling system are studied.
