某化工企業(yè)現(xiàn)場施工質(zhì)量改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:本文以某化工企業(yè)為研究對象,針對其技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理的過程及其質(zhì)量管理體系中存在的有關(guān)施工準(zhǔn)備、現(xiàn)場場質(zhì)量控制中的問題,通過科學(xué)的方法進(jìn)行了分析,能夠找出不足之處,并加以改進(jìn),能夠找出我們?nèi)粘9ぷ髦凶龅谋容^好的地方,堅(jiān)持下去,以期對公司提高質(zhì)量管理水平有所裨益。 本文結(jié)合一些成功的做法,淺述了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理需要著重抓住的幾個方面,同時也針對存在的問題,提出下一步需要努力的方向,具體內(nèi)容包括:1.問題的提出;2.現(xiàn)場施工質(zhì)量控制綜述;3.施工準(zhǔn)備改進(jìn);4.現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量控制與改進(jìn);5.施工質(zhì)量管理體系改進(jìn);6.案例研究;7.總結(jié)與展望. 本文總體上以PDCA循環(huán)為基本方法,綜合運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查法,因果分析法,頭腦風(fēng)暴法等質(zhì)量分析方法,和問卷調(diào)查、訪談、觀察、查閱數(shù)據(jù)等質(zhì)量改進(jìn)的方法,開展質(zhì)量改進(jìn)方面的研究。 本次研究獲得的主要成果,主要有3點(diǎn):1.一線施工工人變化頻繁,重復(fù)性發(fā)生的施工質(zhì)量問題,占據(jù)了調(diào)查頻率中的大部分,是提高施工質(zhì)量的重要方向之一;2.大量的重復(fù)性發(fā)生的質(zhì)量問題,通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),主要原因是施工技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)落實(shí)不到位;3.質(zhì)量管理體系本身不完善,同時在實(shí)施的過程中,又落實(shí)不到位。 通過本選題的研究,得出結(jié)論:1.施工質(zhì)量問題主要存在于施工準(zhǔn)備中的人員問題,,采取頭腦風(fēng)暴的方法找出問題的根本原因,解決人員問題;2.施工現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量控制中的施工技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)掌握等環(huán)節(jié),也是施工質(zhì)量問題的主要方面之一,針對這個問題,采用質(zhì)量統(tǒng)計(jì)和問題調(diào)查等方法,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)問題的原因,針對問題分析發(fā)現(xiàn)的各個方面,,嚴(yán)格落實(shí)三級技術(shù)交底,逐項(xiàng)采取有針對性的措施,能夠解決這些問題;3.通過完善KPI考核體系,和嚴(yán)格落實(shí)重要崗位職責(zé)等方面,可以完善公司的質(zhì)量管理體系。
[Abstract]:Taking a chemical enterprise as the research object, this paper analyzes the process of construction quality management of its technical transformation project and the problems existing in its construction preparation and field quality control through scientific methods. We can find out the deficiency and improve it. We can find out the better place in our daily work and stick to it in order to improve the quality management level of the company. Combined with some successful practices, this paper briefly describes several aspects of project quality management that need to be grasped emphatically, and at the same time, in view of the existing problems, puts forward the direction of the next step, which includes: 1. Put forward the question. Summary of site construction quality control. Construction preparation for improvement. Site quality control and improvement. Improvement of construction quality management system. Case study. Summary and prospect. This paper takes the PDCA cycle as the basic method, synthetically uses the statistical investigation method, the causality analysis method, the brainstorming method and so on the quality analysis method, and the questionnaire survey, the interview, the observation, the consult data and so on quality improvement method, Carry out research on quality improvement. The main results of this study are 3: 1. The frequent and repetitive construction quality problems in front line construction workers account for most of the investigation frequency and are one of the important directions to improve the construction quality. A large number of repetitive quality problems, through the investigation found that the main reason is that the implementation of construction technical standards are not in place. Quality management system itself is not perfect, at the same time in the implementation of the process, but not in place. Through the research of this topic, we draw a conclusion: 1. The construction quality problem mainly exists in the personnel problem in the construction preparation. The method of brainstorming is adopted to find out the root cause of the problem and to solve the personnel problem. The mastering of construction technical standards in construction site quality control is also one of the main aspects of construction quality problems. In view of this problem, the causes of the problems can be found by using the methods of quality statistics and problem investigation. According to all aspects of problem analysis and discovery, we should strictly implement the three levels of technology and take targeted measures one by one to solve these problems. The quality management system of the company can be improved by perfecting the KPI examination system and strictly carrying out the important post responsibility.
