【摘要】：本文以企業(yè)層面的規(guī)劃為主線,對(duì)商業(yè)規(guī)劃的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行介紹和描述。其流程以確定企業(yè)的發(fā)展目標(biāo)和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為起點(diǎn),然后對(duì)目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)的商業(yè)環(huán)境和政治社會(huì)環(huán)境進(jìn)行詳細(xì)考察和比較。目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)確定以后,企業(yè)進(jìn)一步衡量和選擇合適的業(yè)態(tài)及市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入的方式。微觀區(qū)位分析也是商業(yè)規(guī)劃的重要內(nèi)容之一,包括具體店址的選擇,了解有關(guān)城市規(guī)劃條例對(duì)商店的限制,周邊交通的便利程度,以及商圈內(nèi)的人口分析和購(gòu)買力的估算。如本文所示,商業(yè)規(guī)劃的內(nèi)容豐富,決策的過程復(fù)雜,涉及多個(gè)領(lǐng)域的知識(shí),需要多方專家的參與和協(xié)作。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the enterprise level planning as the main line, business planning content is introduced and described. The process starts with the determination of the enterprise's development goal and development strategy, and then makes a detailed investigation and comparison of the target market's business environment and political and social environment. After the target market is determined, the enterprise further measures and selects the appropriate business form and the way of entering the market. Micro-location analysis is also one of the important contents of business planning, including the choice of specific store location, the restrictions of urban planning regulations on shops, the convenience of surrounding traffic, the population analysis and the estimation of purchasing power in commercial area. As shown in this paper, business planning is rich in content, decision-making process is complex, involving many fields of knowledge, requires the participation and collaboration of multiple experts.
